Dear Divyanshu, BHU LLB eligibility is that you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognised University. IGNOU is a recognised University. This is the same for even DU LLB.  So you can apply for both DU LLB & BHU LLB.

Admission to the Gwyer Hall will be givne on the basis of merit list provided by the concerned departments/faculty of the University which will be be drawn up on the basis of the merit

It is impossible in BITS entrance exam to score same rank because in case the total marks scored in the entrance exam is same then the marks in mathematics are considered for calculation of rank if marks in mathematics is same then physics marks are calculated for rank calculation if

To be eligible to take the DU LLB entrance examination you need to have a minimum 45% marks in your qualifying degree. Hence you seem to be eligible for DU LLb.
