One can pursue Law (5-year and 3-year LLB) after B.Com if he/she fulfils the required eligibility criteria prescribed for that programme. Delhi University conducts DU LLB entrance test for selecting appropriate candidates for available 2500+ seats of 3-year LLB at its Faculty of Law.

There are not much institutes which offer direct admission in their 3 year LLB course. So, if you want to do 3 year LLB from an institute which gives admission on the basis of entrance test then you would have to appear in the entrance test of that particular

The CLAT exam is conducted in the second week of May. In 2019 it will be conducted on 12th May.

The Application Form for registration for CLAT 2019 will be Availabile from 1st January 2019and can be submitted till  31st March 2019.

in this year i have complete a graduation , and my percentage are 49.9 so can i eligible for Du LLB entrance exam

If you are from General Category then minimum 50%aggregate marks in graduation is must. However for SC and ST category its 40% and for PwD, OBCand Cw category its 45%.

So if you arefrom General category then uou are simplynot eligible .

Hi,
According to the information given in BULLETIN OF INFORMATION 2018-19 of Faculty of Law, DU the candidates must have at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree. It means you are eligibliel for DU LLB.

Hi,
DU LLB programme comprises 20+ compulsory subjects and 20+ optional subjects. In my limited experience, I haven't come across any course such as LLB Taxation. However, according to the Revise Syllabus of DU LLB , Taxation Law is being taught to its' all students during the 6 th term
