Going by the DU LLM cutoffs for different categories in the year 2018, I am sorry to say but there isn't any chance for you to get admission this time. The maximum rank for OBS category taking admission last year was 62.

The DU LLB | LLM 2019 result has been released on the official website. Every year Delhi University conducts the exam for the DU LLM courses. 

Notification of First Admission List online was on 24 Jul 2019.

As per last few years records and statistics the cutoff rank is 64 for general students. According to du official website In 5th merit list selection was till 35th rank in general and in 4th merit list till 22th rank in 2018. Since you have a rank of 72

However there are only 27 seats in DU for LLM, as per previous year's statistics, the round 2 cutoff for SC category was Rank 82 (Marks 123) according to which you have a good chance
