Allahabad University BA LLB Admission Test
Congratulation Rapti,
you get a good score in LFAT and for this score, you get very nice colleges and some government colleges. And if you talking about AU then you should know that this college has pretty good demand compared to the last year and you should definitely apply for if you wish. But getting the main campus is bite difficult but Try, you have the possibility to get admission. I hope you get it.
Good luck.
Hello Deepak,
Let me brief you out that there is a difference between the qualifying cutoff for the entrance exam and the admission cutoffs released by the colleges. With your marks of 142 you have qualified the entrance exam. Now there will admission lists for different phases with cutoffs gradually decreasing with more of the lists declared. You have not qualified for the first phase of admission based on the cutoff released.Wait for the remaiaing lists to be released by Andhra University.
Based upon the marks you have got and assuming that ypou are from the general category it will be difficult for you to get admission in Andhra University.Following the previous trend of cutoffs the cutoff for this year till the 6th round of admission may end at 160.However if you are from the reserved category you definitely have better chances of admission.
Thank you.
dear aspirant,
congratulations for your score.
Yes you have fair good chances of securing admission in this college (in second or third list)
Previous year cut off were
2nd round -general 164.50
3rd round -general 153.43
4th round -general 153.43
Hope this will be helpfull for you
Thank You

HELLO NEHA!
YES THEIR IS NEGATIVE MARKING IN LFAT EXAM. THE PATTERN AS FOLLOW:
YOU HAVE 150 QUESTION AND TIME FOR SOLVING THEM IS 2 HOURS.
EACH CORRECT ANSWER AWARDS YOU 2 MARKS AND EACH WRONG ATTEMPT WILL DEDUCT 0.5 MARKS.
SO CHOOSE AND TICK OPTION WISELY BE CONFIDENT ENOUGH WHILE SOLVING.
ALL THE BEST.
Hello Rufaid,
This year the cutoff score for a General category candidate is 182.4.
In the previous years, the cutoffs for the general category were -
As you can see, the cutoffs are higher than the previous year. But we can also see that the cutoffs dipped a lot after the second round. So, it seems you have a slight chance of getting admission in the main campus but don't lose hope and wait patiently for the rounds as cutoffs don't remain the same from year to year. Meanwhile, keep looking for other colleges and institutes to keep your options open.
All the Best!
Hello Radheshyam,
As per the previous year cutoff trends, here are the cutoff scores over the rounds for a General candidate in 2018 -
This year, the cutoff score for a general candidate in the first round is 182.4 which you might notice is higher than the previous years. That suggests the fact that even in the last round there seems to be no chance of the cutoff coming down to 138 for general. It seems as if you have a very slim to no chance of getting admission in AU. But don't lose hope as there are hundreds of good law institutes across the country and keep a lookout for them to make sure you land in your desired place.
It's 5% chance but 95%no.
