    Hey Ayushi.
    Yes, during the counselling process for admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh in case your name and rank is called out for admission today, all the formalities will be completed today only. You will be required to submit the Demand drafts today only in this case. Along with it all the other documents will also be required at the counselling.

    In Pu ballb students under rank 540 are asked to attend counseling on but they didnt mention ballb or bcom rank as both ranks are differ

    Hey Aayush.
    All candidates with ranks under 540 in each merit lists for BCOM LLB and BA LLB separately have ro report for the counselling. If your rank is under 540 in the BA LLB list but above 540 in BCOM LLB you still have to report to the counselling for the counselling of the course in which your rank is under 540 which will be BA LLB in this course. If seats are there then your name will be called out for admission to that course only.

    The counselling of PU BA LLB 2019 will be conducted in offline mode. However, the candidates have to fill the PU BA LLB 2019 Admission Form to be able to participate in the counselling of PU BA LLB 2019. This admission form of PU BA LLB is available online. Candidates have to register themselves and then fill the PU BA LLB admission form.
    Candidates will be required to reach the counselling venue on time with all the documents required. Initially, the documents will have to be submitted and after scrutinizing, the exam officials of Panjab University will return all the documents to the candidates.

    The cut off for BALLB in Punjab University in Chandigarh for the regional center of Ludhiana is 500 rank.

    Hello,
    Talking about the seat matrix first, there are 120 seats each for ba llb and bcom llb in chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. You have scored a very decent rank in the merit list. With this rank you can easily make it to the chandigarh campus.
    Now I would like to bring this to your notice that punjab university will conduct pu ba llb councelling round 1 in offline mode on 24 and 25 july. For all the genral candidates the date is 24 th and for all the reserved candidates the date is 25th . Call letter for the same has been issued to the shortlisted candidates . For the councelling process you will be required to visit the campus. You can look out for these details in your call letter too.

    If I get admission in Pu uils Chandigarh....will I get hostel too??

    Hey Neha.
    If you get admission in UILS, Panjab University Chandigarh, then afterwards you will be alloted the hostels based on your ranks. There are limited seats for hostels. So a list will be prepared based on your merit/rank, category wise out of those people who apply for hostels and you will be alloted hostels according to your ranks only. Many people don't get hostels in the counselling itself but later on there are vacancies and hostels are alloted to them in the later years based on a waiting list prepared based on marks in the 1st year and so on. In case you don't get hostels in the counselling, you can try for Pgs or other such facilities. And you might get hostels in the later years based on merit  (semester results)

    In pu bcom+llb tantative merit list my rank is 1460..can i get admission in uils Chandigarh

    Hey.
    Considering your rank in the combined merit list is around 1460 for BCOM LLB, you seem to have no chances for admission in UILS Chandigarh if your belong to the general category.
    There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
    And with your rank you have no chances for Chandigarh. Chances for regional centres are also less.
