According to your question as you have asked that you have got 74.5% marks in your 12 th class and you want to get admission in Punjab university so let me clear out to you that first of all please be clear with your question as you did not mention in which college you want to get admission and you did 12th from which stream as whether its is from arts , commerce or science so as according to that it will depend that in which college as well as in which course you will get admission . as if you mentioned it clearly then it will be easier for me to answer your query easily without any doubts .

Also university offers many courses so according to the subjects it depends and for that particular course for which you want to apply you have to give entrance for that before entrance you cannot apply as after to that you have rank with you and then it will be decided that where you get admission.

The minimum qualifying marks this year for an ST candidate is around 15% in the qualifying examination and at least 11.25 marks to be shortlisted in the merit list.

Since you qualify for inclusion in the merit list, you have slight chances, because as per the previous year cutoff trends, there was no specific cutoff score for ST candidates in UILS Chandigarh, PURC Ludhiana and SSCPURC Hoshiarpur.

but dont loose hope, atleast try there to get into there, may you get selected,

There are no definite minimum qualifying marks to get admission in BA LLB program of Panjab University. Every year the university conducts PU BA LLB entrance exam and releases cut-off list on the basis of which admission is provided.

Yes, Ajay, you can get admission in BA LLB if you clear entrance with good marks and which college you get it totally depends upon your entrance marks or rank or you can apply for some private law colleges in India.
