Yes ,you are can apply at PU entrance test for B.A LLB course as NIOS is equivalent to other state/central boards which conduct class 12th Boards exam.
Whether you are eligible or not depends upon you have 50% minimum marks for (General/OBC) 45% for SC/ST in 12 or not.If you have that score then you are eligible to give entrance exam.
I would suggest you to give CLAT exam also which is national level exam after securing rank in that exam you will get admission in National Law academy .

You have not provided the name of the university in which you are applying for LLB 5 years, but generally the selection of candidates for counselling is done on the basis of the rank/marks obtained in the university entrance test, based on which a merit based list is prepared and students from a particular rank are invited to take part in counselling.
According to the last year's fees structure, The approximate fees is Rs. 95,700. This doesn't include the miscellaneous charges. The fees can be paid in 2 installments. The 1st instalment is Rs. 54,500 and 2nd installment is Rs. 41,200.Candidates who want to avail hostel facility need to pay an extra amount of Rs.10,000.
