Hello there!
Greetings!
The minimum percentage required for LLB course after graduation is mostly 50% for the general category. For example if I talk about DU LLB then , General category candidates need to score at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam or an equivalent grade to be eligible for admission. In case of reserved category candidates there is relaxation in minimum marks, as elucidated below:-
For candidates belonging to SC and ST, the minimum aggregate marks has been fixed at 40%, whereas OBC, PwD and CW candidates need at least 45% marks in aggregate.
Thankyou

Hi Prerna!
Good question :)
This depends on the conversion index that your college provides you…for example some colleges give their cinversion index as 10 and some as 9.5 and u just need to multiply your cgpa with that index…
Its better you ask your college authority i. e Punjab University regarding the conversion index and then multiply it with your secured cgpa..
Please upvote if this was helpful to you.
Thank you and good luck .
Hi,
Most of the students get in this confusion. Most of the colleges provide the cumulative grade point and not the percentage, which is asked for post-graduation. The easiest way to calculate your percentage is by dividing your CGPA by the maximum CGPA and multiplying by 100. But this may differ if your college some other system for percentage calculation.
As of for Punjab University, there is no exceptions like that so you can go with the basic method.
I hope I was able to clear your doubt
Thank You
