Hi according to the online sources here I'm providing the information Telangana has a total of 23 law colleges out of which 17 are private colleges and 6 are public colleges. Admission into all law colleges in Telangana is on the basis of entrance exams

As you have secured admission in MSS law College, kacheguda, Hyderabad, Telangana. And have paid the requisite fees for admission and counselling. IfYou change your decision and appear for the second counselling to change your college then the fees you have paid will not be transferred to other college admission purpose in in any way. This is the process of completing one College admission even though appearing for 2nd counselling to get another college.

It is unfortubate to say that you can not get the admission in Osmania University under OPEN category as its cutoff is so high that is closing rank is 23 for open category students. Hence there will be neglible chance of you to get the admission in Osmaia University.

though you haven't mentioned your choice of course i.e. whether it is 3 years LLB or years LLB .. But , as per previous year TS LAWCET cut off details [last rank details] , you have low chances to get Anantha Law college .
