Yes any candidate who has completed his bachelor's degree from a recognised University or its equivalent University is considered eligible for Telangana law common entrance test. The minimum percentage required is 45% which the candidate needs to score in the aggregate of bachelor degree examinations.

Hi Aspirant,
You will loose claim over the seat that you secured in phase 1,if you secure a seat in second phase.
If you dont report to the college that you secured in phase two with your allotment order within the allocated time you will loose both seats in phase 1 and phase 2.
So, be careful if you dont want a seat in sultan uloom college and your are pretty sure of securing a seat in OU then go for second counseling.
