in the AIBE 19 answer booklet. a self decelation form was provided, which had a blank space where the candidates signature was required and i only signed my complete name on the decelation form which was given nd did not write my name in tha blank space, could this be a reason for disqualification?

Vanshika Agarwal 5th Jan, 2025

Whether or not signing your full name instead of your signature on the AIBE 19 answer booklet's self-declaration form would result in disqualification is uncertain. It depends on the specific rules and regulations of the AIBE examination and how strictly they are enforced, you can also check the official website or contact the concerned authorities.

sir i forgot to mention my booklet set code and other details i filled correctly in my AIBE 2024 exam what will happen sir please help

gitika yadav 29th Dec, 2024

Hi,

If you forgot to mention your booklet set code in the AIBE 2024 exam but filled out all other details correctly, the situation could be problematic as the booklet set code is crucial for evaluating your answer sheet accurately. Here’s what might happen and what you can do:

  1. Possible Outcomes:

    • Manual Evaluation: If all other details are filled correctly, the examiners may try to identify your booklet set manually using your roll number and other information. This is not guaranteed but might happen in exceptional cases.
    • Invalid Answer Sheet: Unfortunately, if the booklet set code is missing, the answer sheet may be considered incomplete or invalid since the evaluation process relies on matching your answers to the correct question booklet.
  2. Immediate Action:

    • Contact AIBE Authorities: Reach out to the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) authorities as soon as possible. Explain your situation and provide all necessary details, such as your roll number, exam center, and other identifying information.
    • Helpline or Email: Use the official helpline or email ID provided by AIBE for grievances. The sooner you report the issue, the better the chances of resolution.
  3. Documents to Keep Ready:

    • A copy of your admit card.
    • Acknowledgment of exam attendance, if provided by the center.
    • Any other relevant documents, like your ID proof used during the exam.
  4. Future Precautions:

    • Always double-check all details before submitting the answer sheet.
    • Stay calm during exams to avoid such mistakes.

Contacting AIBE immediately is crucial, as they are the only ones who can address this specific issue.

All the best!

sir,i used whitner in only one question in AIBE 19 exam,is there is any chance of exam rejection, plz help

Shambhavi shambhavi 28th Dec, 2024

Using whitener (white correction fluid) on your answer sheet during the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 can lead to disqualification. The Bar Council of India (BCI) explicitly prohibits the use of whitener, erasers, blades, or fluid on OMR answer sheets. The Patna High Court upheld this rule, stating that using whitener on OMR sheets results in disqualification.

In your case, since you used whitener on only one question, the impact on your exam results depends on the specific guidelines of the AIBE 19 examination. While some exams may disqualify the entire answer sheet if whitener is used, others might only invalidate the affected question.

Recommendations:

Contact the Exam Authorities: Reach out to the Bar Council of India or the examination conducting body to inquire about the specific consequences of using whitener on your answer sheet.

Review Official Guidelines: Refer to the official AIBE 19 guidelines to understand the policies regarding the use of correction fluids on answer shee

sir can i sit for AIBE exam if as i have BPP certification for class 12 and done my graduation as BA

kumardurgesh1802 19th Oct, 2024

Hello there,

No, you are not eligible to sit for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) if you only have a BPP (Bachelor's Preparatory Programme) certification for class 12.

To be eligible for the AIBE, you must:

  1. Have a recognized LLB degree from a Bar Council of India (BCI)-approved law school.

  2. Have completed regular education (10th, 12th, and graduation) from recognized institutions. A BPP certification in place of 12th grade is generally not accepted.

You may need to complete a recognized 12th grade qualification to meet the eligibility requirements for pursuing an LLB and later sitting for the AIBE exam.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
