The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct AIBE 20 examination on November 30, 2025 in offline mode. The exam will be held offline from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Admit cards are now available for download on the official AIBE website. Candidates must carry their admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre. Candidates will not be allowed the entry in exam centre after 1:15 pm. The All India Bar Examination is designed to assess the candidate's knowledge of legal subjects as well as their analytical ability. Therefore, knowing the AIBE XX (20) 2025 important topics will play a vital role in qualifying for the exam.
According to the AIBE syllabus, the AIBE 2025 syllabus covers 19 subjects. There will be questions from topics such as constitutional law, code of civil procedure, criminal procedure code, evidence act, contract law, etc. Last year, BCI added three new topics in AIBE 20, namely Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. The AIBE(All India Bar Examination) is conducted only for law graduate students to get a certificate for Practice to practice law in court in India. This exam is conducted in offline mode, including 100 multiple-choice questions and has no negative marking. Students need to score at least 45 out of 100 questions and 40 for SC/ST candidates.
The registration for this exam has officially closed for the 2025 exam session.
