    The All India Bar Examination is designed to assess the candidate's knowledge of legal subjects and analytical ability. Therefore, knowing the AIBE XXI (21) 2026 important topics will play a vital role in qualifying for the exam. According to the AIBE syllabus, the AIBE 2026 syllabus covers 19 subjects. There will be questions from topics such as constitutional law, code of civil procedure, criminal procedure code, evidence act, contract law, etc. BCI added three new topics in AIBE 21, namely Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam.

    AIBE Important Topics 2026

    The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the AIBE 21 examination on June 7, 2026 in offline mode. AIBE XXI admit cards will be available for download on the official AIBE website on May 22, 2026. Candidates must carry their admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre. Candidates will not be allowed entry into the exam centre after 15 minutes from the starting time.
