Students are allowed to carry Bare act inside the inside the AIBE exam centres . However, electronic or communication devices such as mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, books etc. According to AIBE exam day instructions , the candidates can carry bare acts without notes and comments.

whether the date for aibe 2021 will be postponed from july 15??

Your question seems to be bit unclear. Bar Council of India has postponed the last registration for AIBE 2021. Candidates can apply for AIBE till July 15, 2021. There is no information for extension for last date of registration for AIBE 2021 further. However, BCI has not released the exam date for AIBE 2021.
Before filling the application form for AIBE 2021, You need to know the eligibility criteria:
Candidates who have passed 3 year or 5 year law program from a recognized institute are eligible for AIBE 2021. Only Indian Nationals are considered as eligible for entrance exam. Furthermore, there is no age limit for AIBE 2021.
