Candidates must carefully follow the AIBE instructions to successfully appear for the exam. The Bar Council of India will conduct the AIBE 2025 on November 30, 2025, in offline mode. An important item in the AIBE 20 checklist is the AIBE 20 admit card, which will be released on November 15, 2025 through the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. The All India Bar Examination is a closed-book exam, so books and study materials are not allowed in the exam hall. However, copies of Bare Acts are allowed inside the exam hall. Before planning to register for the All India Bar Examination, candidates must go through the AIBE 20 eligibility criteria. The AIBE 2025 is open to all law graduates who have completed either a 3-year LLB or a 5-year LLB. Even the final-year law students are eligible to register and appear for the AIBE 20 exam. The AIBE 2025 exam will be conducted on November 30, 2025 in offline mode.

The Bar Council announced in 2021 that AIBE will no longer be an open book exam. It informed the candidates that they could not carry books or study materials inside the examination hall. However, Bare Acts which are the exact text of a particular enactment are allowed in the AIBE exam. Candidates can carry Bare Acts without comments to their examination hall. Since Bare Acts are only available to some, the council has also allowed the candidates to carry Bare Acts with short notes (Least comments). A notification regarding the Bare Acts is also available on the official website - allindiabarexamination.com.

AIBE 20 (XX) is being conducted on a single day. Candidates must report at the time mentioned on their admit card. The timing for the AIBE XX exam will be from 1 pm to 4 pm. The entry to the exam centre will start at 11:30 am. Candidates can check the exact exam timings of AIBE XX (20] 2025 on their admit card. They are advised to report to the test centre at least one hour before the commencement of the test. This way, they can avoid the last-minute rush and appear in the examination comfortably.

The AIBE(All India Bar Examination) is conducted only for law graduate students to get a certificate for Practice to practice law in court in India. This exam is conducted in offline mode, including 100 multiple-choice questions and has no negative marking. Students need to score at least 45 out of 100 questions and 40 for SC/ST candidates.
