All registered candidates must carefully follow the AIBE instructions to successfully appear for the exam. The Bar Council of India will hold the All India Bar Examination on December 22, 2024, in offline mode. An important item in the AIBE 19 checklist is the AIBE 19 admit card which was released on December 15, 2024 through the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. AIBE 19 is a closed-book exam, so books and study materials are not allowed in the exam hall. However, copies of Bare acts are allowed inside the exam hall. The Bar Council announced in 2021 that AIBE will no longer be an open book exam. It informed the candidates that they could not carry books or study materials inside the examination hall. However, Bare Acts which are the exact text of a particular enactment are allowed in AIBE exam. Candidates can carry Bare Acts without comments to their examination hall. Since Bare Acts are only available to some, the council has also allowed the candidates to carry Bare Acts with short notes (Least comments). A notification regarding the Bare Acts is also available on the official website - allindiabarexamination.com.

Candidates must carry admit card along with one Photo ID proof to their respective examination centre. Those without admit card will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
Candidates are allowed to carry only BARE ACTS (without notes and comments) inside the examination centre.
Electronic or communication devices such as mobile phones, laptops, smart watches etc, books or notes (except BARE ACTS without notes and comments) are strictly prohibited.
Candidates must not leave the examination hall before the conclusion of the examination and without handing over the answer sheet.
Use only Blue/Black Ball Point pen.
Using a pencil in the OMR sheet will lead to the disqualification of the candidate.
Candidate should enter the roll number on the answer sheet as it is mentioned on the admit card and fill in the respective ovals. Any mismatch would lead to disqualification.
Candidate should fill the question booklet Set code and roll number and all other necessary information correctly on the answer sheet.
Candidates with more than 50% disability will be given 20 minutes of extra time per hour. Such candidates have to submit a certified copy of their disability certificate to the invigilator to avail the extra time.

AIBE is being conducted on a single day. Candidates must report at the time mentioned in their admit card.
Candidates can check the exact exam timings of AIBE XIX (19) 2024 on their admit card. They are advised to report to the test centre at least one hour before the commencement of the test. This way they can avoid the last-minute rush and appear in the examination comfortably.
The following pointers will help the candidates attempt their AIBE question papers and score higher.
Attempt all the questions - There is no negative marking in AIBE XIX (19) 2024. So, candidates are advised to maximize their chances of clearing the test by attempting all the questions.
Manage your time wisely - Some questions asked in AIBE are straightforward and factual. These questions should be attempted without wasting time. However, some questions will be based on various case laws where conclusions have to be drawn. Candidates are advised to attempt such questions wisely. They should not spend too much time on a single question.
Use Bare Acts properly - Candidates who are well prepared for AIBE 19 2024 can attempt the questions paper without taking much help of the Bare Acts. However, those who want to refer to the Bare Acts are advised not to spend a lot of time in Bare Acts. They should use only those Bare Acts that they used earlier during the preparation.
Mark your answers properly - Benign an offline-based exam, candidates will be required to mark their answers in the OMR sheet. Candidates are advised to mark the answers fully and correctly using a black or blue ballpoint pen.

In the year 2021, the Bar Council of India (BCI) announced that AIBE will no longer be an open-book exam. It further stated that candidates could not carry books or study materials inside the exam hall. But BCI allows candidates to carry Bare Acts into the exam hall.
Since 2021, AIBE is not an open-book exam. However, candidates are allowed to carry bare acts without notes as the number of Bare Acts is not fixed.
Candidates are allowed to carry Bare Acts (without notes and comments) inside the examination centre.
The AIBE 19 dress code requirements are candidates should wear formal or semi-formal clothing like shirts, trousers, skirts or simple dresses.

The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.
To take AIBE EXAM you need to do bachelor's degree in law either of five or three years course from a recognised university.if you done your graduation you can take admission in three years law course through direct entry or by giving law entrance exam like CLAT CUET ailet etc.
