Since your cutoff score doesn't match the first list, you should wait for the next rounds and see if you qualify and only then you can go for the counselling. When you meet the cutoff in a particular round, you will be called for counselling. As per the

• Gen: 144 - 128 (round 1-4)
• SC/ST: 122 - 111 (round 1-4)
• OBC: 133-125 (round 1-6)
