BA LLB: The BA LLB subjects include subjects of both Humanities and Law. BA LLB and BBA LLB fee structure difference
The fee structure of a course is among the important factors that help students choose between which course and college they want to choose. BA LLB vs BBA LLB: Admission process
The admission process for both courses is quite similar. There are two ways to get admission to top law colleges, one is through direct admission and the other is through entrance test.
Direct admission: In this process, direct admission is granted to the students based on their merits in the qualifying examination. If students clear the merit cut-off list, they are called for a counselling session for seat allotment. The general eligibility criteria are that the student must have cleared Class 12th from a recognised board with qualifying marks of at least 45% for the general category and 40% for the reserved categories.
Entrance test: Most of the top law colleges in India accept students through entrance test scores. There are several law entrance tests in India that students can appear in for admission. A few of them are listed below.
CLAT: The Common Law Admission Test is conducted annually by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). The test is of objective type and is conducted in offline mode. There are 24 NLUs and other 60 participating universities that accept law scores.
