Get UpdatesThe Commissioner of Entrance Exam (CEE) conducts the Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) 2024 for admission into 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB and LLM programmes into various participating law colleges in Kerala. CEE Kerala will release the admission notification on cee.kerala.gov.in which is the KLEE official website. It will also announce the KLEE 2024 exam date along with the notification. KLEE 2024 will be conducted in online mode at designated centres. The KLEE entrance exam has 200 multiple choice questions with 4 sections on general english, general knowledge, arithmetic and abilities, and aptitude for legal studies. KLEE 2024 scores will be accepted by 4 government law institutes and over 10 private institutes.

The exam pattern of KLEE 2024 follows the same structure for five-year integrated LLB and three-year LLB. The exam duration is 2 hours and candidates are required to attempt 200 MCQs. The KLEE syllabus 2024 consists of four sections on general english (60 questions), general knowledge (45 questions), arithmetic and mental ability (25 questions), and aptitude for legal studies (70 questions). KLEE LLM exam will have 200 questions on different topics of law divided into two parts Part A and Part B with 100 questions each.
Candidates will be shortlisted based on KLEE 2024 scores for the KLEE counselling process. The seat allotment will be done in multiple rounds on the basis of preference given by candidates. At present there are 990 seats available for three year LLB and 2630 seats for five year LLB.

Eligibility Criteria
CEE Thiruvananthapuram has released KLEE five-year integrated L.L.B eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria inform candidates about academic qualification, minimum marks and age limit one has to meet to be considered for admission to KLEE five year L.L.B program.

Only such candidates who are of Kerala origin will be eligible for reservation.
CEE Kerala releases the eligibility criteria of KLEE for the three-year LL.B program. The KLEE 2024 eligibility criteria include the terms and conditions the candidate has to fulfil in order to be considered for admission.

The exam conducting authority releases the KLEE eligibility criteria 2024 for the LLM program containing the list of conditions one needs to fulfil for admission. Any candidate who doesn't meet the KLEE 2024 eligibility criteria, will not be considered for admission.

CEE will release the KLEE 2024 application form in online mode on its official website - cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates are required to register online for and complete the application process. Candidates must make sure they meet the KLEE eligibility criteria.
Filling up the KLEE 2024 application form is a five stage process.
Registration is the first stage and is a one time process
Visit official website - cee.kerala.gov.in and select your law programme - 3-year LLB/5-year LLB/LLM
Click on the new registration link
The registration form will open
Enter basic details such as name, mobile number and email id.
Upon successful registration, an "application number’ will be created with an applicant account.
Once registered, proceed to fill the application form of KLEE 2024.
The application form will ask for personal, contact and educational qualification details which have to be duly filled.
Fill out the information carefully and click on the “save and finalse”.
Step 3: Fee payment
Paying the application fee is the third step in the KLEE application process. Candidates can pay the application fee through online payment or e-challan.

Online payment
Through this mode, one can pay the fee using a credit/ debit card or net banking.
E-challan
If the candidate wishes, they can also make the payment in offline mode using e-challan.
To make the payment using an e-challan, first take a printout of the e-challan by clicking on the ‘print e-challan’ option.
With the printed challan, go to a post office in Kerala and make the payment in cash. During payment, you have to submit the e-challan with the requisite along with the fee amount in cash.
Don't forget to collect the counterfoil of e-challan from the post office official.
Once the payment is successfully done, ‘Pay Application Tab’ will turn green.
If the payment tab doesn't turn green even after payment, candidates must inform the post office officials.
Step 4: Uploading of photograph and signature
Candidates are required to upload their photographs and signature along with the required documents which is the fourth step in the KLEE application process.

The CEE Kerala will release the KLEE 2024 admit card in online mode for 5 year LLB, 3 year LLB courses and LLM. Candidates are required to take a printout of the admit card of KLEE 2024 and carry it to the exam hall. The admit card is a mandatory document and it contains information such as the roll number, exam venue, date and time of the exam and reporting time.

CEE Kerala will release the KLEE 2024 answer key for 5-year LLB , 3-year LLB and LLM. Candidates can check the answer key to know their performance in the entrance test. Candidates were also given an option to file objections against the answer key.

KLEE Answer key – Filing Objections
For any objection with the answer key of KLEE 2024, one can submit their complaints to CEE with requisite proof and payment of Rs. 100 per question (in case of KLEE L.L.M, Rs. 200 per question) payable by DD at Thiruvananthapuram in favour of CEE.
The objections have to be filed before the last date.
Authorities will release the final answer key after considering all the complaints.
CEE Kerala will release the KLEE 2024 result in online mode on its official website. Candidates can download the KLEE scorecard from the official admission portal.
How to Check the KLEE 2024 result?
Visit the official KLEE website.
Click on the desired programme for which the result has to be checked.
A log-in window will open; enter your application number, password and security code.
KLEE 2024 results will be displayed on the screen.
Download and save the PDF file for future reference.
The course wise rank list is prepared on the basis of scores obtained by candidates in KLEE 2024. Candidates who make it to the KLEE shortlist will be called to participate in the counselling and admission process. The seat allotment will be done based on the rank of the candidate and the college preferences given by them.
In case of a tie in marks scored by the candidates in LLB, the candidate who has scored higher in 'Aptitude for Legal Studies' will get preference. If the tie still remains unbroken, the candidate scoring higher in 'English' will get a higher rank. If the tie still persists, the candidate older in age will get a higher rank.
CEE Kerala will release the KLEE 2024 cutoffs at the time of seat allotment. The KLEE cut off for 5-year LLB will be the last rank or minimum marks required for admission to a given law college.

CEE Kerala will conduct online KLEE 2024 counselling for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB. Candidates who will be shortlisted based on their KLEE rank will be eligible to participate in the centralised counselling and seat allotment process.

Yes, You can do law. The eligibility Criteria for joining 3 year law course:
Students must finish a bachelor's degree curriculum in any field, such as a BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or BCA, in order to be admitted to three-year LLB programmes.
Minimum grades can differ per college; some ask for 50%, while others only accept 45%. Additionally, there is a minimal mark relaxation for applicants from reserved categories at public law institutions.
It is possible for candidates to apply for a degree in law while they are taking their final year or semester test for an undergraduate degree, provided they fulfil the additional eligibility conditions set out by the college to which they want to be admitted.

The Kerala Law Entrance Exam (KLEE) 2024 is conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam (CEE) for admission to 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB, and LLM programmes at various participating law colleges in Kerala. KLEE 2024 will be administered online at authorised centres.
So, even if the exam is being conducted in online mode, you cannot sit at home and give the exam on your mobile phone. You need to visit the allocated centre which has computer systems where you need to give your entrance examination.
