AP PGLCET Exam 2025: Registration (Started), Exam Date (Out), Syllabus & Pattern

The AP PGLCET application form 2025 is released in online mode on March 25, 2025. Candidates who meet the AP PGLCET eligibility criteria can fill out the application form by registering themselves at the examination portal. The deadline to apply for AP PGLCET 2025 with a late fee of Rs 4000 is May 18, 2025. The last deadline to submit the AP PGLCET 2025 application form with a late fee of Rs 10000 is May 27, 2025. To fill out the application form, the candidate needs to first pay the application fee, get registered, and fill out the form. How to fill AP PGLCET Application Form 2025

Fee Payment

• Visit the official website 
• Click on the new registration link 
• Enter your name, date of birth, contact number, programme of study to complete the initial registration
• Finally, the candidate has to pay the application fee using one of the online mode: net banking, credit, and debit card.
• There is also provision to make cash payment by reporting at AP ONLINE centres.
• If the payment is successful, a payment ID will be generated which must be retained for future admission events.

The application form can be filled only post payment of the application fee.

•  The AP PGLCET 2025 application form will have various fields like personal, academic and contact details.
• The form will also have a section where the candidates must enter their places of study in the last seven years, based on which local area of the candidate will be determined.
• Next, the programme of study is to be selected i.e. LLM. 
• Candidates must also specify the desired test centre. A maximum of two test centres in the order of priority can be selected.    
• Applicants must also upload scanned copies of photograph and signature as per the specification prescribed.

• Candidates will be required to submit the printout at the test centre. For further references after the exam, candidates can use the registration number.

Candidates aspiring to appear for the AP PGLCET 2025 must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by APSCHE. The AP PGLCET 2025 eligibility criteria specify requirements pertaining to academic qualifications, minimum passing marks, age limit and resident status. If a candidate is found to be not confirming these requirements then their candidature is likely to be rejected even if they cleared the exam.

Candidates aspiring to apply under the category of local candidates must ensure they meet the conditions laid down in this regard. Telangana candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh within 5 years starting from June 2, 2014 will be considered as local candidates.

Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. However, foreign candidates can also apply provided that they confirm to admissions rules and guidelines of individual universities.

The AP PGLCET 2025 admit card will be released in online mode on May 30, 2025. Successfully registered candidates can download the admit card by logging into their registered accounts. The admit card is a mandatory document that candidates must carry to the exam hall. 

The AP PGLCET admit card 2025 will contain details like the candidate's name and roll number, AP PGLCET exam centre 2025, and the date and time of the exam. In addition, it will also contain exam-day guidelines that the candidate ought to follow.

APSCHE will release the AP PGLCET answer key 2025 tentatively one day after the exam. The AP PGLCET 2025 answer key contains the answers to the questions asked in the entrance exam, which can be referred to by the candidate to calculate probable scores and thus estimate their chances of selection after comparing the score with previous years' AP PGLCET cutoff trends.

AP PGLCET Answer Key – Filling of objections

If a candidate is not convinced by any answer given in the AP PGLCET answer key, there is a provision to challenge it. The admission officials will then go through all such objections before releasing the final AP PGLCET answer key. The AP PGLCET 2025 final answer key cannot be challenged any further and the answers given in it will be considered to be officially correct. The authorities will also open objection-raising window against the AP PGLCET 2025. Candidates can submit their objections within the prescribed deadline.

The AP PGLCET 2025 result will be declared in online mode on June 22, 2025. AP PGLCET result 2025 will contain details such as the section-wise and overall marks and the qualifying status of the candidate. 

Candidates are required to score at least 25% in order to qualify for ranking and participate in the counselling process. However, this condition is only applicable to general and OBC candidates. Candidates from the SC and ST categories do not have to fulfil this requirement.

AP PGLCET Rank Card 2025

The exam officials will also release the rank card for AP PGLCET 2025 which is an important document for appearing in counselling and completing the admission process. The rank card of AP PGLCET 2025 will inform the candidates about their All India rank, category rank as well and score in the test.

AP PGLCET 2025 Tie Breaker Rule

In case two or more candidates have similar marks, the university in order to rank them will use a tie-breaker resolution which is as follows.

1. Candidates who have scored more marks in Part A of the test will be ranked higher.

2. If the tie persists, the candidates may be bracketed together and the seniority in age will be considered for admission.

APSCHE will notify the AP PGLCET counselling schedule on its official website - lawcet-sche.aptonline.in. AP PGLCET counselling is the last stage of the admissions process. Candidates who qualify for ranking will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. Candidates will be allowed to complete AP PGLCET 2025 web option entry during the counselling.
