The provisional AILET merit list 2021 will be released in multiple rounds, depending upon the seats left vacant after each round of admission. Candidates shortlisted through the merit list will be sent the call letters and required to complete the AILET admission process by submitting the course fees.
The merit list 2021 will inform the candidates about their rank and marks obtained in the AILET 2021. The university offers admission based on merit cum preference, this makes the AILET merit list an important document. AILET 2021 has been conducted by National Law University, Delhi on July 30, 2021. The university offered a 5-year integrated BA LLB and LLM course. The merit list will be released separately for each of the law programmes.

What after the AILET Merit List 2021?
Candidates shortlisted based on the provisional merit list and counselling will be required to pay Rs 89,000, as part of the course fee.
To pay the admission fee, candidates will have to log in to their application locker at the official admission portal of the university.
In the application locker, candidates will be provided with digital payment methods such as credit card, debit card, net-banking, UPI or RTGS/NEFT facilities.
AILET 2021 Merit List - How the rank is determined
The NLU Delhi prepares the category wise merit list. It depends on the following factors.
Marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam.
Category of the candidates.
Reservation offered by the university.
Merit cum preference.
AILET Merit list 2021 - Tiebreaker rules
In case two or more candidates have scored similar marks, the higher rank will be given to the candidate who has secured better marks in Class 12th. In case the tie persists, candidates senior in age will be given preference in the rank list.

If I took part in the ailet counselling and didnt got admission and alloted seat so will my fees of 50000 be whole refunded back ??
The counseling procedure for AILET has began and students will be alloted seat based on their performance in the entrance test. The regulations regarding the counselling fee refund is as follows:
If a candidate doesn’t get a seat after the release of three-seat allotment lists, he/she will be entitled to get the total amount of Rs 50,000 as a refund.
If a candidate exercises the Exit option at any stage of counselling and thereby rejects the allotted seat, then he/she will be given a refund of Rs 40,000.
In case a candidate is found ineligible for admission based on the documents and information provided by him/her, Rs 40,000 will be refunded.
