The National Law University Delhi has released a notification and notified that all the seats have been filled after two rounds of AILET 2025 counselling. The third AILET 2025 merit list will be released in May 2025, only if any seats are left vacant after the withdrawal of admissions. The deadline to submit the online application for the Foreign National category is April 30, 2025. However, the merit list for the Foreign National category will be released after the results of CBSE and ICSE Class 12th board exams.

Earlier it published the second AILET 2025 merit list on January 10, 2025 on its official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates on the merit list are required to pay the confirmation fee by January 15, 11 am. NLU Delhi releases the AILET merit list 2025 for each round of counseling. Earlier, it published the first merit list on December 27, 2024 and completed the first round of counselling. The AILET 2025 counselling registrations were closed on December 22, 2024.

Only those candidates included in the AILET 2025 merit list are eligible for admission in a particular round. The AILET cut-off 2025 is also available through the merit list. Through the All India Law Entrance Test, candidates will be admitted into 5-year LLB and LLM programmes of NLU Delhi. Earlier, NLU Delhi conducted AILET 2025 on December 8, 2024, and declared the AILET result on December 12, 2024.

AILET Counselling 2025
NLU Delhi opened the AILET 2025 counselling registration window from December 13 to 22, 2024. Candidates who received the AILET counselling invite were allowed to register through their login. The counselling is completed in four parts i.e. publication of the AILET 2025 counselling invitee list, registrations, publication of merit list and payment of admission confirmation fee.
How to register for AILET 2025 counselling?
Step 1: Visit the official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in
Step 2: Log in to the AILET 2025 account
Step 3: Make an online counselling registration fee payment of Rs. 30,000 (General) and Rs. 20,000 (ST/ SC/ OBC/ EWS/ PwD) through Credit/ Debit Card, net banking, or UPI.
Step 4: Next, upload a self-attested copy of the required documents in PDF format to complete counselling registration.

If you're looking for 5-year LLB colleges besides CLAT, AILET, Jindal, and Symbiosis, consider options like Government Law College, Amity Law School, Noida, ILS (Indian Law Society), Pune, ,VIT Chennai - Vellore Institute of Technology ,srm,and the School of Law and Legal Studies at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
Most of the top law colleges are accepting clat score only so you need to target PRIVATE LAW UNIVERSITIES and to look for affordable side you can go for state law colleges which is not good as national law university but they give you degree to practice as a lawyer in india.

Unfortunately, you cannot hold multiple seats simultaneously in different Institutions including the NLUs. If you secure admission to an NLUs through CLAT and subsequently qualify for neet you will need choose one and finally accept the offer from institution. That means you have to let go of the Other Institution.In the clat counselling you will be called for counselling based on clat rank, and you will need to choose an seat and lock your seat by paying a seat acceptance fees. And if you qualify for Neet counselling, you will participate in the counselling process for medical colleges and then you will need to choose the college and lock your seat.Both require seat acceptance fee to secure your seat and you will needed to submit original document for verification. If you want to avoid any complications its advisable to carefully consider your option and decide on a proper decision. NEET COUNSELLING

Since you are reappearing for your Class 12 board exams as a private candidate, you should typically write " Private Candidate " in the column for the school name while filling out the form. Your previous school name is not required in this case because you are no longer enrolled there for this exam session.
