LSAT India Result 2019 - Test scoring

Candidates will get their scores in the result of LSAT India 2019 on a percentile basis, comparing each candidate's performance to that of the others within his or her candidate group (Five-Year Integrated LL.B. Programme or LL.M./ LL.B. Programme). One candidate cannot compare his/her scores from other candidate groups as they would be based on their group performance. For instance, a candidate of undergraduate law programme scores 82.5 and has performed better on the test than 82.5 percent of the total undergraduate candidate pool. This score obtained by him/her does not indicate what the candidate’s standing would be within the post-undergraduate candidate pool. Note also that this score does not mean that the candidate answered 82.5 percent of questions correctly in LSAT India 2019. In this manner, the scores obtained by the candidates highlights the relative strength of the critical-thinking skills measured by the test for each candidate in comparison to the others in his or her candidate pool.

LSAT India 2019 Marking Scheme

Pearson VUE does not imply negative marking on test-takers of LSAT India 2019. Candidates will be one mark for each correct answers marked in the law examination.

What is the eligibility for LSAT India Exam? can a person appear for the exam after graduation.

Aditya kumar Student Expert 13th Oct, 2019
Hello there!

Greetings!

Tes , one can give LSAT after graduation, to be eligible for LSAT exam for admission into the three-year law programme, a candidate needs to hold a graduation degree from any recognized university with at least 55 percent marks in the qualifying degree . So if you have scored at least 55% or more in your graduation then you can give LSAT exam but in case if you belong to reserved categories (SC/ST/PWD), then the university gives 5 percent relaxation and which stands to be 50% so in that case even if you have scored 50 % then you will be eligible.

marshal prakash hembram 28th Jun, 2019

Hi Aspirant, LSAT is an exam for law schools. Law School Admission Council (LSAC), is the official body to conduct the LSAT exam and doesn’t specify any conditions to write the exam. Candidates need to check for any specific criteria with their targeted law schools. Test is intended for candidates desirous of studying law and have graduated or are about to graduate and looking for admissions in a law school. There is no age limit to write the test.
