LAT Exam Pattern 2019: The candidates who will be applying for LAT 2019 will have to go through the exam pattern of LAT 2019. The central university has released the LAT exam pattern 2019 on April 12, 2019. The candidates would be needing to go through the LAT 2019 exam pattern to make sure they know about each and every topics that might come in the admission test. LAT 2019 Exam Pattern - Marking Scheme

The candidates who will be sitting for LAT 2019 will have to go through an admission test (LAT 2019) to qualify for the admission. There will be negative markings for every wrong answers that will be given by the candidates.

LAT Exam Pattern 2019 - Terms Explained

  • Mode of the examination: Allahabad University will be conducting an admission test for their three year integrated law programme. The admission test, LAT 2019, will be conducted in an offline mode.

  • Duration - To attempt the law examination, LAT 2019 candidates will be given 2 hours of time. 

  • Number of questions - There will be 150 questions included in LAT 2019 divided into three parts. 

  • Type of questions - In LAT 2019 law entrance examination, candidates will be given, both, subjective and objective types of questions.

  • Total marks - LAT 2019 exam paper will be of 300 marks. 

  • Marking scheme - As laid down by Allahabad University, candidates will be awarded 2 mark for each correct answers and 0.25 marks will be deducted for wrong answers marked in the law examination. 

  • Subjects - The question paper will be divided into four sections with questions from Language Comprehension, General Awareness and Current Affair and Reasoning, Mental Ability and Legal Aptitude

LAT 2019 Exam Pattern - Detail of Subjects

Part I: Language Comprehension

This section will be divided into two parts- English Language Comprehension and Hindi Language Comprehension. The candidates will be tested upon the basic knowledge of the two languages. They will be getting unseen passages and several other questions based on these two languages. Both the sections consisted of synonyms, antonyms, passages for comprehension, homonyms, vocabulary, words commonly confused, one-word substitution, spellings, idioms, phrases, syntax, grammar, knowledge of proverbs, figures of speech, legal terms and precise writing. 

Part II: General Awareness and Current Affairs

The candidates will be tested about their general knowledge through this part of the question paper of LAT 2019. The candidates will asked the questions based on International Political & Economic Perspectives, International Organizations, Treaties Indian & World History, Geography, Environment, Indian National Movement, Science & Technology, Contemporary National, Regional, Indian Culture, etc. 

Part III:  Reasoning, Mental Ability and Legal Aptitude

The candidates will be tested on their logical abilities including the questions related to Mathematical analysis, deductive reasoning, odd-even discretion, classification, logical fallacy, syllogism, analogy, agreement and disagreement to judge the candidate’s mind. The questions were related to constitutional/legal principles and practice etc.

For kind information they are no such thing is Minimum AP LAT marks to get admission in Government Engineering e and I think you should try for best because of institute marks and standard change every year it may increase or decrease So m suggestion it doesn't depend on this you may go for your best.

Sorry to say but you don't seem to have any chances of admission in the main campus of Allahabad University.The cutoffs are different for different categories.The general category cutoffs are high.ROund 2 cutoffs have also been declared by the would had been better if you had mentioned your category.Assuming that you are a general cateogyr student you don't have any chances.Reserved category candidates have better chances of admission.
