The SLAT cut-off 2025 is the minimum mark required for admission to participating Symbiosis Law Schools. The SLAT 2025 cut-off will be available after the declaration of the SLAT result 2025. The Symbiosis International University (SIU) will announce the SLAT 2025 result on December 26, 2024. The cut off for SLAT 2025 will depend on many factors including the candidates' performance in the exam, college preference and seats offered by Symbiosis Law Schools (SLSs). The university first releases the merit list of SLAT based on the consolidated score of the candidates in the test and PI round. It will then couduct the SLAT 2025 counselling on the basis of merit and cut-offs of different law schools. SLAT 2025 is scheduled to be conducted on December 13 and December 15.
The SLAT cut off marks will be different for each SLS. Students can check the SLAT exam analysis to get an idea about the expected cut off of SLAT 2025. The SLAT exam analysis for the past year suggests that the first phase of SLAT 2024 was easy to moderate while the second phase was easy. Based on the analysis and previous trends, a good score in SLAT 2025 would be 45+ marks. The Symbiosis Law Admission Test is conducted for admissions in the 5-year LLB programmes at the four Symbiosis Law Schools, namely SLS Pune, SLS, Hyderabad, SLS Noida and SLS Nagpur.

Symbiosis Law School Pune and SLS Noida are the two top law schools of SIU, so the cutoff of these two law schools will be higher comparatively. SLAT is relatively an easier exam when compared to CLAT, AILET and other examinations, The expected cutoff of SLAT 2025 has been given below:

Analysis of the two phases of SLAT 2025 exam shows that the difficulty level of the exam ranged from easy to moderate across the sections. An easy paper often leads to higher SLAT 2025 cut off. And historically, the cut off for SLAT have been around 75% marks. The Symbiosis Law Admission Test is often considered easier than CLAT or AILET as candidates get two attempts for the exam and their best score is considered. There is also no negative marking which encourages candidates to do guesswork during the exam.

Each of the participating Symbiosis Law Schools will prepare the SLAT 2025 merit list. The merit list of SLAT 2025 will be the basis of admissions for students. The merit list will then be prepared based composite score of the candidate in the exam and the PI round. Candidates who appear for the SLAT 2025 exam but fail to appear in the PI round will not be considered for admission.
The selection process of SLAT 2025 consists of the test which is followed by a PI round. The marks in SLAT 2024 are scaled to 70 marks while the interview is for 30 marks.
