For now you can try doing it from the Web browser. We have recently upgraded our systems and so we haven't yet upgraded the App to update the profile. It is still under testing phase. So please try through web browser. Create a profile and to the top right, you will see an option called My Profile. Click on that and it will take you to your profile. You can upload your Photo there.
