IPU CET Law Merit List 2019 - Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will now conduct admissions on the basis of CLAT scores, as the IPU CET law 2019 has been scrapped off as per its official notification. The IPU CET law merit list 2019 will mention the names of the candidates who appeared for CET, their region, ranks, and categories. The merit list will be published for all categories including General, OBC, SC/ST, PWD. After IPU CET law 2019 merit list appears, candidates should download and retain it for further references. The university will take into account the ranks mentioned in the merit list and then invite candidates accordingly for the counselling rounds. The university will also announce cutoffs mentioning the last rank at which the candidates were admitted in the previous round of counselling. Candidates qualifying as per the merit list of IPU CET law 2019 and cut offs will have to necessarily attend the counselling round along with necessary documents to finalize their admissions into the university.

Candidates need to follow the given steps to download the merit list for BBA/BA LLB.
Firstly, candidates will be required to click on the official link given below.
As they click on the link, they will see a pdf appear before them.
This pdf will be the result and merit list of IPU CET law 2019 mentioning the names of candidates who have appeared for the exam and their ranks.
On this list, they will have to locate their names and roll numbers and check the ranks secured by them in the CET.
Candidates are advised to download and retain the merit list for further references.

Following are the details which will be mentioned in the merit list of IPU CET law 2019
Candidate’s roll number
The university will adopt the following process to break the tie between candidates who score the same marks in the entrance examination.
Firstly, candidates senior in age will be ranked higher in the merit list.
If the tie still exists, candidates’ marks in the qualifying examination will be taken into account.
Even if the tie does not get resolved, candidates’ marks in any public exam prior to the qualifying exam will be considered.
Once the results and merit list are announced by the university, candidates will also be able to download their rank cards by logging into their accounts. Following are the details which will be mentioned on the rank card.
Rank/status - Mentions the candidate’s rank in IPU CET law and his/her qualifying status.
Category - Mentioning the category of the candidate.
Region - Mentioning the state candidate belongs to.
Roll number - Mentioning the IPU CET law roll number of the candidate.
Based on the candidate’s rank mentioned in the merit list, the university will call the qualified candidates to attend the counselling round.
The university will also publish a list of candidates selected for the counselling round in online mode.
The university will also announce the cutoffs mentioning the last rank at which the students were admitted in the previous round of counselling.
It is compulsory for candidates to attend the counselling round along with all the necessary documents. Candidates who do not attend the counselling session will be denied admissions into the university.
Candidates will also be asked to remit the admission fee, following which their admissions into the university will be deemed finalized.
The merit list will be released for BA/BBA LLB in online mode in pdf format.
The university will call qualified candidates for counselling on the basis of their ranks mentioned in the merit list.
Candidates qualifying as per the merit list will have to necessarily attend the counselling procedure and furnish the requisite documents to finalise their admissions.
Candidates who are not satisfied with their ranks mentioned in the merit list of IPU CET law 2019 can submit their requests for revaluation within five working days of announcement of the result.
Candidates will have to mention their grievances in a proforma and submit it to the university along with a fee of Rs. 1000. The fees will have to be paid at an Indian bank in the university campus in the form of a bank challan.
If the university thinks that the grievances are valid, the results/ranks of the candidate will be revised.

In order to be eligible to take admission in Indraprastha University for LLB course, the candidate should have passed their 12th class under 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with atleast an aggregate of 50% marks.
And rest it depends upon your score in the entrance test conducted by the university.

IPU admit cards for BA/BBA LLB was said to be released by April last, but there is no such link on the official site as of yet. You can directly contact via email/call the college authorities regarding the same. Also, IPU CET for LLB wont be conducted this year. Students will be admitted on the basis of their CLAT score.
