  • There is no age limit for candidates to appear in CUET BA LLB 2026. Candidates must check the age limit with the university in which they wish to apply.
  • In case of candidates studying in class 12, the year of appearance in the Class 12 / equivalent examination, relevant conditions of Universities / Institutions (as applicable) will be applied.
  • For reservations, relaxations, qualifications, and subject qualifications the existing policies of the respective universities will be applicable for admissions.

Are class 12 marks important in CUET BA LLB 2026?

NTA has not specified any weightage system for Class 12 marks in preparation of admission merit lists. The CUET participating universities conduct the admission process separately on the basis of CUET UG exam 2026. Each participating university conducts its own admission process and they specify the preparation of merit list through an admission notification. Some universities give weightage to class 12 marks along with CUET BA LLB exam scores, whereas some universities conduct admissions solely on the basis of CUET BA LLB 2026 exam scores.
