AOR Exam Supreme Court Eligibility Details 2025

As per the Supreme Court of India, these are the following AOR eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled by the candidates.

  • Candidates must have a minimum of four years of legal practice.

  • Candidates should have undergone one year of training or else complete the training by the time of commencement of the exam under an existing AOR approved by the Supreme Court.

  • The advocate must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.

  • Candidates who failed in all the papers in the previous attempt are not eligible to apply.

  • Candidates who have already appeared five times in the exam are not eligible to apply for the AOR entrance exam.
