AOR Exam Supreme Court Eligibility Details 2025
As per the Supreme Court of India, these are the following AOR eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled by the candidates.
Candidates must have a minimum of four years of legal practice.
Candidates should have undergone one year of training or else complete the training by the time of commencement of the exam under an existing AOR approved by the Supreme Court.
The advocate must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.
Candidates who failed in all the papers in the previous attempt are not eligible to apply.
Candidates who have already appeared five times in the exam are not eligible to apply for the AOR entrance exam.
