MH CET LLB CAP 2025: The Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra has started the 3-year LLB choice filling for MH CET Law CAP Round 3 from August 24 to August 27, 2025. For the CAP round 3, fresh choice fillings and new registrations will be allowed. Candidates who did not obtain seat allotment in Round 1 and 2 and want to participate in Round 3 can give their college preferences through the admission portal: llb5cap25.mahacet.org. The e-scrutiny of uploaded documents and filled-in application forms for Round 3 MH CET 5-year LLB will be open until August 26, 2025. The MH CET 5-year LLB alphabetical list for Round 3 will be published on August 28, 2025. The e-scrutiny of uploaded documents and filled-in application forms for MH CET 3-year LLB for Round 3 will be open until August 29, 2025. However, the MH CET 3-year LLB alphabetical list for Round 3 will be out on August 30, 2025. Earlier, the 5-year LLB choice filling for MH CET Law CAP Round 3 was closed on August 23, 2025.

There are three rounds of MH CET Law counselling 2025, followed by an institute-level round. Candidates who have a non-zero score in the MH CET Law 2025 are eligible to register for the MH CET LLB CAP rounds. The MH CET law CAP counselling registration commenced on June 30, 2025 for 3-year LLB, and June 26 for 5-year LLB. There will be multiple MH CET LLB CAP 2025 rounds for 3-year and 5-year LLB. The MH CET Law CAP rounds include steps such as registration, document verification, choice filling for top MH CET law colleges and reporting to the college. The MH CET 3-year LLB result was declared on June 20, and the MH CET Law 5-year LLB result was declared on June 4, 2025.
MH CET law CAP refers to the Centralised Admission Process carried out by the CET Cell, Maharashtra for admissions into 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes of participating colleges in Maharashtra. The CET Cell Maharashtra will conduct centralised counselling in online mode. The MH CET law 2025 seat allotment will be done for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes. There will be three LLB CET 2025 CAP rounds. There are around 16240 seats on offer for 3-year LLB, and around 10860 seats available for 5-year LLB. The authorities will also publish the MH CET law cut-off 2025 for each MH CET law CAP round. The CET Cell conducted the Maharashtra State Law Common Entrance Test in online mode across different centres in Maharashtra.

The MH CET law CAP rounds 2025 involve the following steps. The steps are common for both MH CET LLB 3 years CAP round 2025 and MH CET LLB 5 years CAP round 2025.

Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
