MH CET LLB CAP 2025: The Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra will publish the detailed MH CET Law 2025 CAP counselling schedule and institutional level rounds. There will be three MH CET LLB 3 years CAP rounds 2025 and three MH CET LLB 5 years CAP rounds 2025. Candidates with a non-zero score in the MH CET Law 2025 can register for the MH CET LLB CAP rounds. The MH CET Law CAP rounds include steps such as registration, document verification, choice filling for top MH CET law colleges and reporting to the college. The CET Cell Maharashtra has declared the MH CET Law 5-year LLB result on June 4, 2025. The MH CET 3-year LLB result will be declared on June 17, 2025.
MH CET law CAP refers to the Centralised Admission Process carried out by the CET Cell Maharashtra for admissions into 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes of participating colleges in Maharashtra. The CET Cell Maharashtra will conduct centralised counselling in online mode. The MH CET law 2025 seat allotment will be done for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes. There will be three rounds of LLB CET 2025 CAP rounds. Candidates who have a non-zero score in the entrance exam will be able to register for the process. While there are 16240 seats on offer for 3-year LLB, there are 10860 seats available for 5-year LLB. The authorities will also publish the MH CET law cut-off 2025 for each MH CET law CAP round. The CET Cell conducted the Maharashtra State Law Common Entrance Test in online mode across different centres in Maharashtra.

The CET cell does not prescribe any minimum qualifying marks for candidates to be eligible for LLB 3 years CAP round registration or LLB 5 years CAP round registration. However, candidates must have a non-zero score to be eligible to take part in the MH CET law 2025 counselling and seat allotment.
The MH CET law CAP rounds 2025 involves the following steps. The steps are common for both MH CET LLB 3 years CAP round 2025 and MH CET LLB 5 years CAP round 2025.
Registration: Candidates who desire to obtain seat allotment and have a valid score must register for the MH Law CET CAP round in online mode from the official website. The CAP registration fee is Rs. 200 in case of category change from
Document Verification: Candidates are then required to upload the prescribed documents for e-verification by the authorities.
Alphabetical list: After scrutinising the documents and appropriateness of the registration, the authorities will release the alphabetical list of candidates.
Grievances and Corrections: Candidates will be allowed to raise objections and make corrections for mistakes in the alphabetical list.
Publication of merit list: After considering the objections and making corrections, the authorities will publish a merit list
Choice filling: Next, candidates will be required to fill in their college preferences in which they wish to seek admission.
Seat allotment: Finally, the candidates offered seat allocation after considering their ranks, preferences and categories.

Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
There will be around 50 multiple-choice questions from different areas of law such as constitutional law, family law, administrative law, human law, etc. The exact date of the exam will be conveyed to you either by email or via their website.
