BLAT Application Form 2020 - Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will release its BLAT 2020 application form via online mode tentatively in the second week of February. Only those candidates who will register themselves with the university can have access to the BLAT application form 2020. All those candidates seeking admission to BHU’s five year integrated law programme must go through the whole process of registration, filling the form, uploading photographs and documents (if asked) and making the required payments. The last date for application form of BLAT 2020 will be around the third week of March. It is advised that the aspirants must fill the application form timely to avoid any inconvenience in future. Candidates must ensure that while filling the BLAT application form, the details they will provide such as email id and contact number should be correct as the information related to Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate Entrance Examination for law will be sent to them via email or SMS. Before submitting the application form for BLAT 2020, aspirants must recheck all the details mentioned by them. Before applying for BHU administered law programmes, the candidates must fill the BLAT 2020 application form after going through the eligibility criteria thoroughly. Anyone found ineligible during the later stages of admission process, his/her admission will be called off.

As per the Supreme Court’s orders in 2017, there’s no age bar for candidates who aspire to appear in BLAT.
Candidates aspiring for BHU administered law courses must fill the BLAT application form 2020 with the help of the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Registration on the portal
Candidates must provide a valid email id and contact number as the information and confirmation for BLAT 2020 will be sent via email and SMS.
Step 2: Authentication of candidate’s identity
Once the registration is done successfully, the students will be asked to fill out a form for authentication of their identity. The candidate are suggested to fill their names and all the other details carefully.
The candidates who have filled up their BLAT 2020 application form using their Aadhaar card will be required to carry their Aadhaar cards to the BLAT 2020 examination centres.
Step 3: Online application form entry and course selection
After successful authentication of their identity, the candidate will be asked to fill up the BLAT 2020 admission form and choose the course they desire for, as per their eligibility.
Step 4: Uploading photographs and signature:
Candidates will be asked to keep scanned copies their photo and signature as per instruction given in the portal and upload it when asked.
Step 5: Payment process of BLAT 2020 application form
After the process of filling up the BLAT Application Form 2020, click on “Confirm” and that will lead the candidates to the payment page.
The candidates can make the payment through credit/debit card through the payment gateway available on the official portal.
After filling up the application form and its submission, the Challan can be printed from the portal. The printout of challan (in two folds) will contain all necessary details of the candidate and the bank account details of the Banaras Hindu University in which the entrance test fee will be deposited.
The candidate will be required to visit any branch of HDFC Bank of his/her choice (only during banking hours on any banking day) where he/she will be required to deposit the requisite Fee amount to the Bank and the bank will retain one fold of the Challan and its second fold containing the necessary Entrance Test Fee payment details will be given to the candidate. The candidate is required to retain it for his/her record.
Step 6: Printout of BLAT Application Form 2020 for the record
After completing all the formalities for BLAT Application Form 2020, the candidates are suggested to print out the online filled up form for their own record.
BLAT aspirants must deposit the required fee amount of the application form. Category wise, the fee amount differs as mentioned in the below table.

The candidates who wished to fill BLAT 2020 Application Form were suggested to fill in their details carefully and properly to avoid any discrepancy which may result in the cancellation of the BLAT Application Form of 2020.
If BLAT Application Form 2020 would be found incomplete, it will not be accepted.

Such Candidates have to apply for BLAT 2020 by entering 14 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID (Including slash) printed on the slip issued by Aadhaar centre after submitting enrolment request.
Candidate who have recently submitted the request for updation in Aadhaar details (including biometric updation) and unable to apply with the updated Aadhaar Card Details
Such Candidates have to apply for BLAT 2020 by entering 14 digits Aadhaar Update Request No. (Including slash) printed on the slip issued by Aadhaar centre after submitting updation request.
Aadhaar authentication has failed in the first step of BLAT Application 2020 submission
The candidates should verify whether they have entered the details exactly same as mentioned on their Aadhaar card.
The date of birth is not fully or incorrectly mentioned in Aadhaar card or only birth year is mentioned.
Such candidates should submit a correction request at Aadhaar centre and apply for BLAT 2020 by entering 14 digits Aadhaar Update Request No. (Including slash) printed on the slip issued by Aadhaar centre after submitting updation request.
The name of the candidate in Aadhaar is not the same as in school records.
The name of the father/ mother is not exactly the same as in school records. The address mentioned in Aadhaar has been changed due to transfer or some other reason.
These particulars are not matched with Aadhaar data so the candidates should correctly fill these particulars as per school records. The present/permanent address may also be filled accordingly since BHU do not send any communication on the candidates‟ address.
For the Candidates of Assam/J&K/Meghalaya having Aadhaar Card
Candidates who are residents of these states and have Aadhaar Card need to enter the Aadhaar details only.
For the Candidates of Assam/J&K/Meghalaya having no Aadhaar Card
Candidates who are residents of these states and do not have Aadhaar Card need to enter the passport number, ration card number, bank account number or any other valid Govt. identity containing their address. They will be required to carry the same document along with Admit Card for entry in the examination hall.

BHU or Banaras Hindu University's UET exam is an entrance exam which happens for an array of undergraduate courses including Bachelors in Arts, Science, Law and Commerce. The process has the following steps:
1. Registration using your email id and mobile number on the BHU portal
2. Filling of the application form which consists your personal, academic and communication details (Aadhar related details will need to filled in)
3. Payment of fees
It is a university level exam which is conducted in both English and Hindi languages with different time durations depending on the subject you have applied for.

The average fees ranges from 7,500 to 1Lakh per anum, based on from which institute you are pursuing. The average fee is around 23,000, in most of the government colleges. For BHU it will be around 20,000 per anum, however you have the opportunity to avail scholarships.
