The State Examination Cell, Maharashtra, will conduct the MH CET Law 3-year LLB exam 2026 tentatively in the first week of May 2026. Through the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test for Law, aspiring students will be admitted into the 3-year LLB programmes of MH CET Law participating colleges in Maharashtra. Around 160 colleges accept the CET 3-year LLB 2026 scores for admission. Some of the top participating institutes include GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune and Dr Ambedkar College of Law, among others. Given the high demand and limited seats, candidates are advised to be well-versed with the MH CET 3-year LLB syllabus 2026 to improve overall performance and chances of admission.

The MH CET Law syllabus tests candidates’ legal aptitude, reasoning skills, language proficiency and general awareness. In the MH CET 3-year LLB syllabus 2026, the English section carries the highest weightage with 40 questions, followed by GK and Current Affairs with 32 questions. Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.

The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.

There will be around 50 multiple-choice questions from different areas of law such as constitutional law, family law, administrative law, human law, etc. The exact date of the exam will be conveyed to you either by email or via their website.
