The National Law Universities (NLUs) in CLAT 2026 offering seats under the NRI/NRI sponsored quota will publish the CLAT NRI cut-off 2026 on their respective websites. The CLAT 2026 cut-off for NRI categories is released separately by NLUs after the centralised CLAT counselling is completed. NRI/NRI-sponsored candidates with a valid score in CLAT 2026 are eligible to apply to the respective universities under the CLAT NRI reservation quota. The CLAT cut-off 2026 for NRI rank is around 1200 for top NLUs. The CLAT 2026 NRI cut-off rank can be as low as 30000+ for some lower-ranked NLUs. An understanding of CLAT marks vs rank analysis is also helpful in understanding how many marks an NRI candidate needs to clear the CLAT NRI cut-off 2026. Not all NLUs offer NRI seats. NRI candidates must pick and choose the NLUs in which they seek admission.

The Consortium of NLUs will not conduct a centralised CLAT 2026 counselling for the NRI seats. Each NLU that has CLAT 2026 seats under NRI/NRI sponsored category as per the CLAT 2026 reservation criteria will notify the schedule for NRI admission on its respective website. Through the Common Law Admission Test, candidates can gain admission into 5-year LLB programmes of the NLUs. For LLM admissions, candidates have to appear for CLAT PG exam. CLAT 2026 was conducted on December 7, 2025.

As per the analysis of the past data for the CLAT cut off 2026 for NRI, it is observed that candidates can get admission into an NLU even with a rank of 35000+. A CLAT score of 50+ marks will be enough for admission into NLUs such as NLU Odisha and DSNLU Visakhapatnam for candidates under NRI/NRI sponsored category. The term natural justice signifies fundamental rules of judicial procedure and fair play in action. According to Lord Widgery “the principles of natural justice were those fundamental rules; the breach will prevent justice from being seen to be done”. Earliest expression of ‘natural justice’ could be found in the philosophical expression of Roman Jurist (jus natural) and signified rules and principles for the conduct of man which were independent of enacted law or customs and could be discovered by the rational intelligence of man and would grow out of and conform to his nature.
