TS PGLCET Counselling 2017– The counselling for Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test 2017 will be organized by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State Council of Higher Education. TS PGLCET Counselling is expected to begin from the first week of November onwards. Candidates applying to the LLM courses will be allotted their colleges and courses through TS PGLCET Counselling. Only those candidates who qualify with a valid rank in TS PGLCET Result 2017 will be allowed to appear for Counselling for TS PGLCET 2017. Candidates will be allowed to exercise their TS PGLCET Counselling web options in online mode and choose their preferred colleges and courses from the given list. They will also be able to get their documents and certificates approved at the TS PGLCET Counselling Centres before reporting for admissions. The counselling schedule for the Telangana Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test will be set rank-wise and candidates will have to complete their counselling formalities as per the rank they have secured in the TS PGLCET 2017 Rank Card. The document verification of all TS PGLCET Rank Holders will be completed in one day, and they will be able to exercise their web options over a three day period, both in the first week of November, to successfully conclude their admission process through TS PGLCET 2017.

Document and certificate verification process for TS PGLCET 2017

1)      TS PGLCET 2017 Counselling schedule given bin this page informs candidates about the dates on which TS PGLCET counselling will take place.

2)      TS PGLCET 2017 Counselling centres contain the list of places where the candidates should report for their document verification as per their obtained rank.

3)      Candidates need to carry their official documents and certificates for TS PGLCET Counselling as per the list given by Kakatiya University.

4)      At the TS PGLCET Counselling Centres, candidates will be called for registration and document verification rank-wise.

5)      To complete their TS PGLCET Counselling registration, candidates need to sign the counselling register and pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for SC/ST candidates).

6)      For TS PGLCET Counselling document verification, candidates will have to produce the list of original documents and certificates as specified in the list given on this page. They will also have to submit the xerox copies to the document verification officer.

7)      Candidates will have to submit a valid mobile number for communication from the TS PGLCET office. They will not be allowed to change this submitted number.

8)      Once they submit the xerox copies of their documents and mobile number, candidates will be given a Receipt of Certificates showing their mobile number, date of birth, gender, caste category, local area status, income of parents and details of their previous examinations.

9)      Candidates should carefully verify the information carried in the Receipt of Certificates as the same will be used for their seat verification and confirmation. They should bring any mistakes or discrepancies in the information to the notice of the counselling coordinator at the earliest.

Web Counselling Process for TS PGLCET Counselling 2017-

• TS PGLCET 2017 Web Counselling options can be exercised at any place having internet facilities.

• Visit the TS PGLCET Counselling 2017 official link given in this page to start web counselling formalities.

• Read the instructions given and click on the ‘I Understand’ button.

• On the TS PGLCET Counselling Option Form page that opens, enter TS PGLCET 2017 Hall Ticket Number, TS PGLCET 2017 Rank and Mobile Number and click the ‘Submit’ button.

• The options selection page will open. Enter TS PGLCET 2017 Hall Ticket Number, TS PGLCET 2017 Registration Number, Password and Date of Birth.

• The list of available colleges, courses and course type combinations will be shown on the left side of the screen in tabular form.

List of TS PGLCET 2017 colleges and courses-

• From the above list, click on the preferred colleges and courses to select them. These selections will be added to an options table on the right side of the screen.

• Use the ‘Add’, ‘Delete’ and ‘Modify’ options as necessary to finalize the list of selected colleges.

• Click on the ‘Save’ button to save these preferences. An OTP will be sent by SMS for confirmation.

• Enter the OTP on screen to see the selected options be displayed in order of priority.

• Go through the list carefully and if satisfied, click the ‘Confirm’ button which will begin the processing of options. The saved options will be displayed on screen. Take a printout of the same.

• The selected web options will be processed by the server on the specified web counselling dates and the confirmation SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number.

• Download the provisional allotment letter and report with the same to the preferred college. This will conclude the TS PGLCET 2017 Counselling and admission process.

Second Phase of TS PGLCET Counselling 2017-

• A second phase of TS PGLCET 2017 Counselling will be held for all those candidates who were either unable to participate in the first round, who wish to opt for a different college, who could not secure a seat in the first round or those who cancelled their admission at their allotted colleges.

• These candidates will have to go through the entire TS PGLCET 2017 Counselling process from the start.

• If they secure a seat through the second phase, then they will lose their previously allotted TS PGLCET seat.

• A new counselling notification containing the second counselling phase details will be issued after the completion of the first round of TS PGLCET Counselling. Candidates can see it here as soon as it is released.

• This second and final round of TS PGLCET Counselling will take place at the selected centres depending on the final counselling notification. Candidates will be able to view it here as and when it is released.

TS PGLCET 2017 Counselling will determine the rank-wise seat allotment of candidates to the various LL.M courses offered by the state law colleges of Telangana through TS PGLCET 2017.
