NHPC Recruitment through CLAT 2020 - NHPC (National Hydroelectric Power Corporation), a premier Schedule-A, “Mini Ratna” company of Government of India has announced the recruitment of Trainee Officers through CLAT 2021 scores. The application form of NHPC recruitment has been released on August 29. The last date to register was September 28. Candidates who have appeared in Common Law Admission Test - PG and have completed LLB graduation are eligible to apply for NHPC recruitment through CLAT 2020. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying marks in CLAT are eligible for the next stage of selection. Apart from CLAT, NHPC recruitment notification also includes some vacancies for Trainee Engineer (Civil, Mechanical) and Trainee Officers (HR and Finance). How to apply for NHPC recruitment of Trainee Officer Law
The eligible candidates will have to appear in the CLAT examination applicable for admission to Postgraduate courses. The next stage selection is done on the basis of CLAT scores. The minimum marks for recruitment of Law trainee officers will be as per the qualifying marks set by CLAT Consortium.
In the case of Consortium not setting minimum qualifying marks, the shortlisting of the candidates will be done on the basis of following criteria
Unreserved Vacancy- 40% Marks in CLAT LLM
Reserved Vacancy- 30% Marks in CLAT LLM
About CLAT 2020 PG
CLAT PG will be held on September 28 (2 pm - 4 pm) in online mode, at various test centres across the country. The CLAT LLM will have 120 comprehension based, objective type questions. This year, there will be no descriptive (essay) section. The registered candidates are issued a CLAT admit card by the Consortium through the examination portal. The exam pattern and syllabus of CLAT LLM are given below.

Is clat 2021 likely to postpone from June 13?
CLAT 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on June 13. There is no news from the officials regarding the postponement of CLAT exam but there are hints that the CLAT may be postponed due to the rising cases. There is no official news yet, Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. As of now The consortium of NLUs has extended the last date to submit the application form till May 15. So CLAT may or may not postpone and until there is any news form the officials we cannot give any information regarding it.

Yes ,you can definitely choose science stream for your 10 + 2 and you will be still eligible for CLAT.
This is because,
to be eligible for CLAT there is no restriction on the stream from which the candidate is i. e student from all the 3 streams - Science Commerce and Arts are eligible for CLAT.

CLAT eligibility criteria for 5-year integrated llb is given below :-
*You must be either appearing for your 12th board examination or should have passed it
*You must pass your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks.
so, it doesn't matter at all which stream you are from.

consortium of NLUs has released tha clat 2021 date, exam would conduct on 13th June 2021, however consortium has informed that they would consider the covid 19 situation and would take necessary steps as well. so keep preparing for the exam and never delay anything. you never know how would the situation becomes after a certain period of time.

which are the universities in kanpur area, giving admission to LLB ( NOT BA LLB OR BSC LLB)on clat score basis ?
LLB is for a duration of three years, and its eligibility criteria is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 45%-50% aggregate, CLAT is for admission of five years integrated law courses for which the eligibility criteria is based on 12th educational qualification, it's not for three years LLB Course, nevertheless you can try for some of the top entrance exams for LLB such as DU LLB, BHU UET, LAT, SET or even state level exams such as MAHCET LAW in Maharashtra, KLEE in Kerala, TS LAWCET in Telangana, AP LAWCET in Andhra Pradesh etc, there are only five colleges in Kanpur which offer LLB such as
