As per the notification, the CLAT 2025 exam will be held on December 1, 2024, in offline mode. The CLAT exam timings are 2 pm to 4 pm. The CLAT 2025 will be conducted from 2 PM to 4 PM in offline mode at the designated exam centres across the country. Candidates must arrive at the test centres at the prescribed reporting time. All the candidates must read the exam instructions printed on the CLAT 2025 admit card.

The Consortium of NLUs has released the CLAT 2025 registration on July 15, in online mode. The last date to apply for CLAT is October 22, 2024. The CLAT registration form 2025 is open for 5-year LLB and one-year LLM programmes offered by participating national law universities (NLUs). Candidates can register themselves and fill the application form in five steps as mentioned below;
The CLAT 2025 registration fee is Rs. 4000 for general candidates and Rs. 3,500 for SC and ST candidates. The CLAT application correction window will also open once the registration window closes. Candidates can make corrections to their details through the correction window. Candidates will also have to enter their CLAT 2025 NLU preferences during the application process.
The CNLU will release the CLAT admit card 2025 tentatively in the third week of November 2024. It must be noted that the CLAT hall ticket is a mandatory document that every candidate needs to carry with them on the day of the exam. The admit card comprises important details like the name of the candidate, CLAT 2025 exam date, name of the exam centre, detailed address of the exam centre, timings of the test, important instructions and more. The CLAT admit card 2025 will be available for download online only. Students can download their admit cards through the CLAT candidate portal.
The CLAT entrance exam 2025 will be conducted on December 1, 2024 from 2 pm to 4 pm. The exam will be conducted at around 131 exam centres across the country. CLAT exam is a pen and paper-based test based on comprehensive-type questions. According to the CLAT exam pattern 2025, There will be a total of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Students will be given a time of two hours to complete the entrance examination. The Consortium of NLUs releases the CLAT provisional answer key 2025 usually on the same day or the next day of the exam. The CLAT 2025 provisional answer key will be released tentatively in the first week of December 2024. After the release of the CLAT answer key, the authorities will also open an objection window. Through this window, candidates can raise their objections against the provisional answer key. After considering the objections raised by the students, the Consortium of NLUs will release the CLAT final answer key 2025. The result of the exam will be based on the CLAT 2025 final answer key.
The CLAT results 2025 will be declared soon after the final answer key is released. The consortium of NLUs will declare the CLAT result 2025 tentatively in the second week of December 2024. The CLAT 2025 results will be declared in the form of scorecards. The CLAT scorecard 2025 will denote the marks secured by candidates in the entrance exam. It will also specify the All India Rank (AIR) and category rank secured by candidates in the test.

The CLAT counselling 2025 will commence shortly after the announcement of the results. The consortium will open the online window for CLAT counselling registration in the second week of December tentatively. The CLAT counselling will be conducted in five rounds. Candidates will have the option of “Freeze” and “Float” after each round of counselling. The conducting body will release the CLAT 2025 merit list after each round of counselling.
