DPG Law College Admissions 2026
Approved by Bar Counsel of India | Grade “A” by NAAC | Scholarship Available for Meritorious Students
Preparing for the AIBE 22 exam demands a strategic approach, as the exam assesses basic legal knowledge and analytical abilities. One of the most effective preparation strategies is practising with previous-year question papers. Reviewing AIBE's previous-year question papers helps in understanding the exam structure, identifying high-weightage topics, and analysing question types. As the All India Bar Examination 2026 cycle has started, candidates must utilise the latest AIBE 22 study materials and the past five years' question papers with solutions. The AIBE 2026 syllabus includes new criminal law codes, such as the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA). Bar Council of India (BCI) has scheduled the AIBE XXII exam on November 29, 2026.

To clear the AIBE exam on the first attempt, focus on the following tips:
Analyse the transition: AIBE 2026 includes the new criminal codes such as Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA). Use AIBE PYQs to see how old sections are being replaced by these new ones.
Bare acts: Approximately 70% of questions are direct statutory references. Practice finding sections quickly rather than memorising them.
Target core AIBE subjects: Focus on the top 7 subjects listed above; they cover nearly 60% of the total marks.
Time management: Solve previous papers to get familiar with the 3.5-hour AIBE exam window. Since there is no negative marking, aim to attempt all 100 questions.
