The Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur (MNLU) offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses like the BA LLB and LLM. Multiple components such as student welfare charges, internet charges, examination and evaluation fees, etc are included in BA LLB and LLM fee structures of MNLU Nagpur. As per the decision of the Executive Council of the University, it has been notified that there will be an increase of 10% in tuition fees every year for the BA LLB five-year programme. Candidates must write the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) as it is a mandatory process to get admission into MNLU Nagpur and 23 other NLUs. The CLAT PG 2026 exam date was announced by the Consortium of NLUs and will be held on December 7, 2025, in offline mode with other undergraduate law courses.

Candidates must have passed their LLB degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and (45% marks for SC/ST category candidates) from a recognised board or university.
- All the eligible candidates then need to appear for the CLAT examination and pay the exam fee of Rs. 4000 for General/OBC/EWS.
- The entrance fee for SC/ST category candidates is Rs. 3500.
- Candidates then need to appear for the exam and wait for the results and the release of the merit list.
- All the candidates who are shortlisted are then required to attend the counselling registration/process.
- Finally, the seats are allotted to the candidates according to their merit and preference.
