The Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur (MNLU) offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses like the BA LLB and LLM. Multiple components such as student welfare charges, internet charges, examination and evaluation fees, etc are included in BA LLB and LLM fee structures of MNLU Nagpur. As per the decision of the Executive Council of the University, it has been notified that there will be an increase of 10% in tuition fees every year for the BA LLB five-year programme. Candidates must write the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) as it is a mandatory process to get admission into MNLU Nagpur and 23 other NLUs. The CLAT PG 2026 exam date was announced by the Consortium of NLUs and will be held on December 7, 2025, in offline mode with other undergraduate law courses.
A few components in the MNLU Nagpur fee structure are one-time fees and are to be paid at the time of admission such as the library caution fee, hostel caution fee, and mess caution fee; however, these are refundable charges only.
