TS PGLCET Exam Pattern 2017 – Kakatiya University, Warangal, set the exam pattern of TS PGLCET 2017 on behalf of TSCHE. The Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test 2017 was held on May 27 and will offer admissions to 580 seats across 13 law colleges of Telangana. Candidates who completed their graduation in law were eligible for TS PGLCET 2017. Exam Mode- TS PGLCET 2017 was a pen and paper based exam held in offline mode on May 27.
Exam Duration- TS PGLCET 2017 time duration was of 90 minutes.
Question type- A total of 120 questions were to be asked. Each question was to be objective in nature and would have four multiple choice options. Candidates would have to shade the correct option in each question to get full marks.
Marking scheme- Each question in TS PGLCET 2017 will carry one mark. There will be no negative marking. Questions left blank or with the wrong answer will not be marked.
Exam Pattern of TS PGLCET 2017 - As per the exam pattern of the Telangana Post Graduate Law Entrance 2017, the 120 questions were divided into 2 main parts – A and B – with each part carrying a set number of questions and marks as seen in the table below.

Medium of Exam– TS PGLCET 2017 was administered in English only.
Qualifying marks- TS PGLCET 2017 candidates will have to correctly mark atleast 25% of the 120 questions (30 marks out of 120) to be eligible for the TS PGLCET Result and obtain a position in the TS PGLCET Rank Card. SC/ST candidates will not have any minimum qualifying marks.

TS PGLCET 2017 Key Points!
While filling their TS PGLCET 2017 Application Form, candidates must opt for only one TS PGLCET exam centre. Candidates who opt for more than one centre will have their TS PGLCET application rejected.
If any of the three TS PGLCET 2017 Exam Centres is opted for by less than 100 candidates, then that centre may be cancelled by the TS PGLCET officials and the candidates for that centre will be allotted to the nearest TS PGLCET Centre.
TS PGLCET Exam Pattern 2017 Points to Remember-
TS PGLCET 2017 was held offline in pen and paper format. Candidates were to carry a black or blue ball point pen with them to the TS PGLCET Exam Centre.
All candidates were to be provided with one Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheet each to mark their answers. They were to only shade their selected option with the black/blue ball point pen.
Candidates were not to be given a second OMR sheet for any reason. They would therefore have to take care not to fold, wrinkle, tear or inappropriately mark on their given OMR sheet.
Candidates were allowed to leave their seats only after the completion of TS PGLCET 2017. They were to return their TS PGLCET OMR Answer Sheet to the invigilators but could take the TS PGLCET question paper with them.

Spot join is there in the law colleges?
Yes there's a spot round . Centre for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Thiruvananthapuram will conduct a Spot round of counselling for 5-year integrated law program on August 14 for filling vacant seats in government and self-financing law colleges and also 50% seats in BA LLB course in the private self-financing law college, Guru Nithyachaithanya Yathi College of Law and Research Centre, Kareelakulangara, Kayamkulam.
Meanwhile, Spot counselling for 3-year LLB course will be conducted on August 13 for filling vacant seats in government and self financing law colleges.
The counselling venue for both the courses will be L.M.S Women’s Centre Conference Hall in the LMS compound, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram.

TS PGLCET is the short form used for the Postgraduate common law entrance test conducted by Osmania Universityunder the aegis of TSCHE.
There are total 580 seats in LLM via TS PGLCET. Since you are from SC category you have pretty good chances of getting a free seat. All the best.

Osmania University is a prestigious university which opens many gates of opportunities for it's students. And getting admission in this university is an achievement in itself. Since it is such a high ranked university it's cutoffs are also high.
This year's cut-offs for TSPGLCET have not been released yet but you can always predict your college by checking out last year's cut-off trends.

So according to last year's cut-offs you don't have much of a chance getting in Osmania University campus. But if the cut-off marks go down then you can get in.
