TS LAWCET cut off 2022 - Important points to remember
The cut offs are released at the time of seat allotment. Before this, only the rank list is released.
The TS LAWCET cut offs are released for each college separately. However, the counselling and seat allotment is a centralized process.
The seat allotment depends on various factors. The most important factors are the college preferences given by the candidates, reservations and the number of seats offered by the college.
The seat allotments are released in two phases. Candidates who couldn’t get into the first round of seat allotment will have the option to register for the second round.
After the second round, the institutes will conduct the spot round of admissions. Candidates who couldn’t clear the cut off in the second round may apply under the spot round of counselling.

So as per your query, after getting admission in any of the college, you need to attend the classes otherwise you might loose the attendance. Also in case if you had provided any medical certificate to the authorities then they might give you attendance concerning the same.

As we can see the results of TS Lawcet were out on 17 August 2022 and the cutoffs would be declared in the last week of August or in the first week of September. As you didn't specify which category you belong to, I will be telling you the last rank at which seats for the general category closed last year and I'll provide you with the link for checking the cutoffs of the previous year.
According to your rank, you can get the following colleges as per the 2021 cutoffs-
1. ADARSHA LAW COLLEGE - closed at 1621 rank for general boy
2. ANANNTHA LAW COLLEGE - closed at 1431 rank
3. AURORA'S LEGAL SCIENCES ACADEMY - closed at 1420 rank
4. KESHAV MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF LAW - closed at 1524 rank
5. MAHATMA GANDHI LAW COLLEGE - closed at 1541 rank
