Educational Qualification
Candidates should have passed BA/BSc/BCom or any other degree under the 10+2+3 pattern recognised by the Bar Council of India for admission to the LLB programme
Candidates who have passed graduation/ post-graduation from open universities are not eligible for admission to the LLB programme.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
Candidates belonging to the general category should have secured at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
The SC/ST and OBC candidates should have scored a minimum of 40% marks and 45% marks, respectively, in the qualifying examination.

Candidates filling the BHU LLB 2026 application form should follow the steps mentioned below.
Online registration
Visit BHU's official website bhucuetpg.samarth.edu.in portal and click on the "New Registration" link and fill the registration form by providing all the required details such as email id, mobile number and other relevant details
Submit the registration form and note down the system-generated application number for further processing.
Application Form Filling

Document Uploading
Upload scanned images of a recent photograph and signature.
The photograph should be in JPG/JPEG format and size between 10kb and 200 kb.
It can be in colour or black and white, but 80% of the face should be visible in the photo
The size of the signature should be between 4kb and 30kb.

Yes, BHU includes BA LLB (five year law programme) in its UET course, the minimum qualification for this course is 10+2 (intermediate).
However three year LLB programme is under CUPET.
