Banaras Hindu University (BHU) specifies the BHU LLB eligibility criteria 2026. The BHU LLB 2026 eligibility criteria include admission requirements such as educational qualification, minimum marks, and age limit. One of the important admission requirements is to take the CUET exam. The BHU LLB 2026 admissions will be done on the basis of CUET LLB 2026. The CUET Law exam for 3-year LLB is scheduled to be conducted from May 11 to May 31, 2026.
Candidates, after appearing for the respective exam, have to register for the admissions process at the university after ensuring they fulfil the BHU LLB 2026 eligibility criteria. The university will then publish the merit list on the basis of the candidate's CUET score.

Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria of BHU LLB 2026 will be eligible to appear in the entrance examination. However, the offer for admission will be subject to their performance in the entrance examination.
In order to secure admission to LLB programmes of BHU, candidates will have to go through the admission process by clearing the entrance examination.
Candidates who pass the entrance examination but fail in the qualifying examination will not be offered admission to the law programme of the university.
Also, candidates who fail to secure the minimum qualifying marks as given above will not be eligible for admission even if they pass the entrance examination.
The National Testing Agency is the conducting body for CUET PG 2026 and CUET UG 202, which are the qualifying exams for BHU LLB 2026. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria of BHU LLB 202 will be able to register online and fill out the application form. While filling the application form, candidates will be required to enter personal information, education and communication details and other related information.

Yes, BHU includes BA LLB (five year law programme) in its UET course, the minimum qualification for this course is 10+2 (intermediate).
However three year LLB programme is under CUPET.
