BHU LLB Cut off 2020 - Banaras Hindu University will publish the cut-off marks of BHU LLB 2020 on its official website around the 1st week of July 2020. BHU LLB 2020 cut off marks are the minimum marks on the basis of which candidates will get admission in BHU LLB programme. The cutoffs will be released separately for all categories including EWS and BHU employee. BHU LLB 2020 cutoffs will be determined on the basis of different factors like the availability of seats, applications received for admissions and category wise distribution of seats.

Why BHU LLB cut-off is important?

The BHU LLB cutoff serves as a standard for admission. BHU LLB cutoffs are minimum marks required for admission in BHU LLB. Candidates who are out of BHU LLB cutoff 2020 ambit will become ineligible for admission. To increase the chances of clearing BHU LLB exam 2020, aspirants must prepare themselves keeping in mind previous year’s cut off.

Factors affecting BHU LLB Cutoff 2020

The BHU LLB cutoffs are released separately for all categories- general, OBC SC, ST etc. The following factors are considered for determining BHU LLB cutoffs.

  • Number of available seats in BHU LLB (presently 230 seats are available)

  • Total number of candidates from different categories who are eligible for BHU LLB admission on the basis of merit list

  • Difficulty level of BHU LLB exam

Seats available in BHU LLB 2020

Presently BHU LLB seats are available for both male and female, and there will be category-wise distribution of seats. The entire seat distribution will be available in the BHU Entrance Test information brochure 2020. The seats for BHU LLB are given in the table

Frequently Asked Question (FAQs) - BHU LLB Cutoff 2020

Question: I have received the e-call letter, am I assured of a seat through BHU LLB 2020?

Answer:

BHU will send e-call letters to around 3 - 4 times of available seats. So, getting e-call letter should not be considered as an admission offer. BHU will conduct the counselling for admissions and candidates will be given seat allotment after this.

Question: I am not in the cut off list. how can I apply for a paid seat?

Answer:

Paid seats are generally offered at the end of counselling, and a maximum 10% of the total number of seats will be offered for the same. Candidate must visit the counselling venue in order to grab a paid seat. The details of available seats will be given on the day of counselling only.

Question: What are the law courses offered by BHU?

Answer:

As of 2019, BHU offers the following law courses. 

  • LL B (Hons)  Duration: 6 Semesters

  •  BA LL B (Hons)   Duration:10 Semesters

  • LL.M.    Duration: 4 Semesters 

  • LL.M. (HRDE)   Duration: 4 Semesters

  • LL.M.  Duration: 2 Semesters (1 Year), (Under Special Courses of Study)

  •  Ph D (Full Time)

Question: What is the minimum educational qualification required for BHU LLB?

Answer:

According to the Banaras Hindu University, any degree under at least 10+2+3 pattern recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of admission will be accepted for BHU LLB. These includes B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com./ Shastri etc.

BHU UET examination will held on 13 May 2020 tentatively in both online and offline mode. Registration process shall start from 10 February 2020 and candidates will be eligible to register themselves till second week of  March.

it is nice to hear your desire to join in the BHU main campus, that's great and coming to the cutoff marks for general category in BHU uet in BSC biological science is 92 marks and if you gain 400 marks then you has a chance to get into the main campus.

Hello,

NCERT textbooks can prove to be beneficial for the UET exam. The major concepts which are asked in the exam can be covered through it. Yes, of course you can. BHU UET is conducted in both offline and online mode. It has exam centres all over India. In West Bengal, offline test centres are in Kolkata and Siliguri. And online test centres are in Kolkata, Asansol and Siliguri.
