It says “ If you have already completed the counselling registration process, then you do not have to do anything now. All previous counselling invites and payments will be honoured. The updated calendar will be published soon.”
If we elaborate this further, there are some points you should understand -
Irrespective of the revised merit list, all candidates who were invited for counselling earlier will be eligible for the admission process, provided their new rank helps them secure NLU allotment
There may be some new candidates who can be included in the invite list. These candidates will have to fill out the NLU preference list and apply for counselling and pay the fees like other invitees.
NLU choice filling window will reopen. While new shortlisted candidates will fill in resh choices, the edit option can be provided to candidates who have already registered and submitted the NLU preferences
Finally, if you are seeking a counselling fee refund, then you should wait for some more clarity, At this moment, it appears that those who fail to secure the allotments will be eligible for refunds as earlier.
