The candidate must appear for CUET LLB 2024 and should have a valid score in the examination. Further, while filling out the application form, such candidates must add Delhi University to the college preference list. Admission to the LLB programme at Delhi University is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned below.
Candidate must have completed graduation/postgraduation in any discipline from a recognized university in India or a foreign university recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination (final year/semester of graduation) are also eligible to apply for admission. Admission for such candidates will be subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria by the time of the counselling process.
Unreserved or EWS candidates must complete their graduation/postgraduation with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in aggregate.
OBC/CW/PwD category candidates are required to secure at least 45% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in their graduation/postgraduation.
SC/ST category candidates at least 40% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in the qualifying degree examination.
There is no age limit for taking admission to the 3-year LLB programme offered by Delhi University.
Candidates who are enrolled in LLB programme of any other university or es-student of any university will not be given admission to LLB programme until they get their admission cancelled.
Candidates who have already completed their LLB from any other university are also not eligible for admission.
Candidates appearing in the final year/semester of graduation must meet the minimum marks requirement as mentioned above.If they fail to meet the eligibility, their admission will be cancelled even if they clear the CUET cut-off for DU LLB.
