The Delhi High Court will hear the CLAT 2025 cases on April 7, 2025. Interestingly, the latest case list of the Delhi HC for CLAT 2025 is showing some changes. Missing from the list are two cases of Aditya Singh vs Consortium of NLUs. Another case, Ayush Agrawal Vs Consortium of NLUs, is also not present in the list. In this article, get the latest Delhi HC case list for the CLAT 2025 hearing to be conducted on April 7.

A total of 11 cases are listed for hearing on April 7. A new addition to the list is the Shivraj Sharma Vs Consortium of NLUs, which was present earlier. The details of the 11 cases pertaining to the CLAT UG exam and CLAT PG exam are given below
Sl. no | Parties to the Case | Case No. |
1 | Harshita and Ors Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2363/2025 |
2 | Anam Khan Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2364/2025 |
3 | Master Timabak Eashwar through natural guardian Vasudha Thiagarajan Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2365/2025 |
4 | Prabhas Kumar (Minor) through natural guardian Prakhar Kumar Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2366/2025 |
5 | Aslesha Ajitsari (Minor) represented by her father Vinay Ajitsaria Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2367/2025 |
6 | Hardik Garg Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2516/2025 |
7 | Harshit Garg Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2517/2025 |
8 | A Vaishnavi (Minor) through her father Shri T Arun Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2559/2025 |
9 | Kuber Swami Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2591/2025 |
10 | Nitika Vs Consortium of NLUs | W.P.(C) 2558 /2025 |
11 | Shivraj Sharma Vs Consoritum of NLUs and Ors | W.P.(C) 4157 / 2025 |
It is important to note that there were two cases between the two said parties, one in which Aditya Singh was the petitioner and Consortium of NLUs was the respondent. In another case, Aditya Singh was the respondent, as the Consortium had filed a counter-plea against the two objections that were accepted earlier by the Delhi HC. Aditya Singh had filed another plea to get his remaining objections accepted.
Now that both the cases do not appear in the case list, it appears the parties may have agreed to withdraw their respective pleas and reached an agreement in this regard. In such a scenario, the earlier verdict delivered by the Delhi HC in December will be upheld, and the CLAT 2025 results will be revised subject to the outcome of other pending cases in CLAT UG.
Sl. no | Parties | Case No. | Status |
1 | Aditya Singh (Minor) Vs Consortium of NLUs | LPA 1250/2024 & CM APPL. 76373/2024, CM APPL. 76374/2024 | Not present in the list |
