Assistant Law Manager - Grade B
Educational Qualification - Candidate should hold the graduation degree in any discipline and Bachelor’s degree in law; both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB graduates can apply for IOCL recruitment through CLAT.
It should be noted that candidates will be required to have completed the graduation degree as full time and the LLB degree must enjoy the recognition of the Bar Council of India.
Minimum required aggregate percentage
Age limit - The prescribed upper age limit for IOCL Recruitment through CLAT 2020 is 31. However, the age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories. The age relaxation for various categories is explained below.

As of May 31st, candidates should have a minimum experience of 5 years.
However, the desirable experience will be of 6 years.

Next, candidates will be called for the selection process which will involve - Personal Interview (PI) for assessment of different facets of knowledge, skill, attitude and aptitude, Group Discussion (GD) / Group Task (GT)
Final merit will be prepared on the basis of CLAT-2020 score and scores obtained by the candidates in GD/GT and PI all taken together.
