Candidates can download the MH CET 5-year LLB seat allotment list for MH CET LLB CAP round 3 through the official admission portal: llb3cap25.mahacet.org. The direct link to check the allotment is given below. Those who have been allotted seats in the MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 seat allotment result must report to the allotted college between September 10 to September 13, 2025. The MH CET 5-year LLB seat allotment 2025 for the LLB CAP Round 3 was declared on September 8, 2025. Candidates who have been allotted seats must report to the allotted college to confirm their seat between September 9 to September 11, 2025. The MH CET law college allotment will be published for each round of MH CET law counselling 2025. The MH CET Law 2025 seat allotment will be done based on ranks in the MH CET Law 2025 result and college preferences.

The process of MH CET law seat allotment consists of several steps that start with the declaration of results and end with reporting to the college. The steps in the seat allotment of MH CET Law 2025 are given below.
First, CET Cell Maharashtra declares the MH CET Law 2025 result
Candidates who have a non-zero valid score are eligible to complete CAP registration in online mode.
Candidates are required to upload the necessary documents during the CAP registration process.
Next, authorities perform e-scrutiny of the uploaded documents
After scrutinising the documents, the authorities publish the alphabetical list of shortlisted candidates and open a grievance/correction window.
Candidates must submit their grievances or make necessary corrections within the specified deadline.
After that, the authorities publish the final merit list and open choice choice-filling window. Candidates are required to submit college preferences at this time.
Next, the authorities will publish the MH CET law seat allotment 2025 after considering the candidate’s score, reservation policy and the preferences submitted by the candidate.

Once candidates are allotted the seats, they are required to choose either freeze or betterment option. For this, candidates are required to log in to their account and choose the desired option. It must be noted that if the candidate got their first preference, then they must choose the “Freeze” option. The allotted candidates are also required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 1000 to confirm their seat.

Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
