Issue notice on the prayer for transfer as well as on the application for appointment of a guardian, returnable in the week commencing 03.02.2025. Notice will be served through the counsel, who are appearing for the respective writ petitioners before different High Courts. The Delhi High Court verdict passed on December 24, 2024 has already directed the Consortium of NLUs to publish the revised result of CLAT UG 2025 after two objections in the CLAT 2025 answer key were found to be correct. The Consortium of NLUs has challenged the revision, while the candidate, Aditya Singh wants further revision in the results.

If the Delhi HC verdict is upheld, then the consortium will be required to publish the updated CLAT 2025 results and resume the CLAT 2025 counselling process, which has been put on hold due to the ongoing cases.
