The Supreme Court heard the CLAT 2025 result petition and transferred all the petitions challenging CLAT 2025 results pending before various High Courts to the Delhi High Court. The bench has ordered that the records be transferred from other High Courts to Delhi HC within seven days. The next hearing will be in Delhi High Court on March 3. The order was passed after the Consortium of NLUs moved to the court to transfer all matters to a single HC to avoid contradictory verdicts on the same issue. The petitions concerning the CLAT UG exam are pending before various HCs at Delhi, Rajasthan, and Punjab and Haryana will be now handled by the Delhi High Court.
