Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has commenced the AP PGLCET 2025 Phase 2 counselling process on November 16, 2025. Candidates can apply for AP PGLCET 2025 Phase 2 counselling on the official website: lawcet-sche.aptonline.in/LAWCET. The last date to register is November 19, 2025. The AP PGLCET 2025 Phase 2 web options window will open from November 19 to November 22, 2025. Candidates will be able to exercise web options to select the college of their preference for Phase 2 admission by visiting the official website. Candidates will be allowed to make changes in the AP PGLCET 2025 Phase 2 web options on November 23, 2025. The authorities will declare the AP PGLCET 2025 seat allotment for the second round of the counselling process after considering the preferences selected by the candidates on November 25, 2025. Shortlisted candidates whose names are in the AP PGLCET 2025 phase 2 seat allotment will have to report to the allotted college from November 25 to December 1, 2025. Earlier, the AP PGLCET 2025 result was declared on June 19, 2025.
Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati conducted AP PGLCET 2025 on behalf of APSCHE in online mode on June 5, 2025. The AP PGLCET 2025 question paper has 120 multiple-choice questions and each question will carry one mark. As per the AP PGLCET exam pattern 2025, there is no negative marking. Candidates who secure more than the prescribed minimum qualifying marks can participate in the AP PGLCET 2025 counselling process. AP PGLCET 2025 seat allotment is done as per the ranks and college preferences of the candidates.
Through AP PGLCET 2025, candidates will be admitted into two-year LLM course at various participating colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The exam was held in online mode. Candidates are required to submit their applications online and complete the registration process. The exam was held in various exam centres in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. A total of 13 law colleges and universities will participate in the common admission process through AP PGLCET 2025.

The PGLCET tests the candidate's knowledge in different areas of law. It covers topics such as constitutional law, jurisprudence, family law, torts and more. The exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions that candidates have to attempt in a duration of 90 minutes. Shortlisted candidates from the exam will be eligible to participate in the centralised counselling and seat allotment process conducted by APSCHE.

APSCHE has started the AP PGLCET phase 2 counselling on November 16 to November 19, 2025. Candidates can register by visiting the official website: lawcet-sche.aptonline.in/LAWCET. Candidates aspiring to appear for the AP PGLCET 2025 must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by APSCHE. The AP PGLCET 2025 eligibility criteria specify requirements pertaining to academic qualifications, minimum passing marks, age limit and resident status. If a candidate is found to be not confirming these requirements then their candidature is likely to be rejected even if they cleared the exam.

As described in the above table the minimum educational qualification required is a either a 5-year LLB or a 3-year LLB. Candidates appearing for their final year exams are also eligible to apply.
Candidates aspiring to apply under the category of local candidates must ensure they meet the conditions laid down in this regard. Telangana candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh within 5 years starting from June 2, 2014 will be considered as local candidates.
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. However, foreign candidates can also apply provided that they confirm to admissions rules and guidelines of individual universities.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education opened the AP PGLCET application correction window on May 26, 2025. Candidates were allowed to make corrections in the AP PGLCET 2025 application form till May 27 by visiting the official website- cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The last deadline to submit the AP PGLCET 2025 application form with a late fee of Rs 10,000 was May 25, 2025. The AP PGLCET application form 2025 was released in online mode on March 25, 2025.
Candidates who meet the AP PGLCET eligibility criteria can fill out the application form by registering themselves at the examination portal. To fill out the application form, the candidate needs to first pay the application fee, get registered, and fill out the form. While filling out the AP PGLCET 2025 application form, candidates will need to provide details such as personal information, educational qualification and communication details, upload documents, and finally submit the application form. The AP PGLCET 2025 admit card has been released in online mode on May 30, 2025. Successfully registered candidates can download the admit card by logging into their registered accounts. The admit card is a mandatory document that candidates must carry to the exam hall.
The AP PGLCET admit card 2025 will contain details like the candidate's name and roll number, AP PGLCET exam centre 2025, and the date and time of the exam. In addition, it will also contain exam-day guidelines that the candidate ought to follow.
APSCHE has released the AP PGLCET answer key 2025 on June 6, 2025. Candidates can raise their objections against the AP PGLCET 2025 answer key from June 7-8, 2025.The AP PGLCET 2025 answer key contains the answers to the questions asked in the entrance exam, which can be referred to by the candidate to calculate probable scores and thus estimate their chances of selection after comparing the score with previous years' AP PGLCET cutoff trends.
If a candidate is not convinced by any answer given in the AP PGLCET answer key, there is a provision to challenge it. The admission officials will then go through all such objections before releasing the final AP PGLCET answer key. The AP PGLCET 2025 final answer key cannot be challenged any further and the answers given in it will be considered to be officially correct. The authorities will also open objection-raising window against the AP PGLCET 2025. Candidates can submit their objections within the prescribed deadline.
The AP PGLCET 2025 result has been declared in online mode on June 19, 2025. AP PGLCET result 2025 contains details such as the section-wise and overall marks and the qualifying status of the candidate. Candidates are required to score at least 25% in order to qualify for ranking and participate in the counselling process. However, this condition is only applicable to general and OBC candidates. Candidates from the SC and ST categories do not have to fulfil this requirement.

The exam officials will also release the rank card for AP PGLCET 2025 which is an important document for appearing in counselling and completing the admission process. The rank card of AP PGLCET 2025 will inform the candidates about their All India rank, category rank as well and score in the test.
In case two or more candidates have similar marks, the university in order to rank them will use a tie-breaker resolution which is as follows.
Candidates who have scored more marks in Part A of the test will be ranked higher.
If the tie persists, the candidates may be bracketed together and the seniority in age will be considered for admission.
