Yes, it is legal to pursue two degrees at a time. As per the guidelines under UGC (University Grants Commission), students can pursue two full time degrees simultaneously but under few criteria, like:

1- One course should be at regular mode and other at the distance mode.

2- Both course should be from UGC recognized institutions.

3- Both the course should be of same level.

4- This criteria does not apply to Phd Programs.

University of Rajasthan is a Government, NAAC Accredited and UGC approved state university. The university offers various degree programs at its campus and through its various affiliated colleges.

The university offers the course of BA, but the courses weren't offered in the university but its offered through its affiliated college. So if you wish to do BA from the University campus then its not possible as the course of BA isn't offered at the university campus.
