MH CET 5-year LLB CAP Seat Allocation Round 1: The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has published the MH CET 5-year LLB CAP first seat allocation 2024 on July 29, 2024. The MH CET 5-year LLB seat allotment 2024 for round 1 is available at llb5cap24.mahacet.org. Students who registered for MH CET Law counselling 2024 can check their allotment status through the candidate login on the MH CET LLB CAP portal 2024. Additionally candidates can check their allotment status from the direct link given below by entering their application id.

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the MH CET 5-year LLB seat allotment can report to the allocated college and seek admission from July 30 to August 2, 2024. The second CAP round will commence from August 3, 2024. The MH CET Law 2024 for 5-year LLB was conducted on May 30, 2024. The MH CET Law result 2024 was declared on June 26, 2024.
Before seat allocation for each round, the State CET cell allows candidates to exercise MH CET LLB CAP choice filling. During MH CET 5-year LLB choice filling, candidates will be required to enter their course and college preferences. The MH CET 5-year LLB seat allotment 2024 is done based on the preferences entered by candidates. Once the seat allocation of MH CET 5-year LLB out, candidates have two options:

Freeze: In case candidates have got MH CET 5-year LLB seat allotment in their first preference and they want to take admission in the said college, they can choose the “Freeze” option. Candidates will also be required to pay a fee of Rs 1,000 through candidate login to exercise this option. It must be noted that such candidates shall then not be eligible for participation in the subsequent CAP Round-II & III. Candidates will also be required to report to allocated college and seek admission after selecting the “Freeze” option.
Betterment: In case candidates have not got seat allotment in their first preference, but have got seat allocation in other preferences, they can choose the betterment option. Candidates while exercising this option will be considered for admission in the seat currently allotted college, and furthermore they can look for better seats in the CAP rounds II and III. Such candidates will also be required to pay a fee of 1000 through candidate login.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in the MH CET 5-year LLB seat allocation round 1 will also be required to complete the document verification process. In the MH CET 5-year LLB document verification, candidates will be required to produce their documents in original at the allotted college and get them verified from the college authorities. Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
There will be around 50 multiple-choice questions from different areas of law such as constitutional law, family law, administrative law, human law, etc. The exact date of the exam will be conveyed to you either by email or via their website.
